I wish I could give zero stars . Hands-down the absolute worst Domino’s of all time. Marco the manager he was so rude that I cannot believe he has a job. I’ve never been spoken to so horribly - I will be calling the franchise owner of this location and the district mananger advising that if they want to continue to employ someone so trashy and rude they will lose many more customers. Making pizza just isn’t that hard and being polite is even less difficult. Especially to paying customers.
Following our previous order, reordered tonight. Half pizza was missing 2 key ingredients. Seemingly no way to contact them to let them know after delivery. Won’t be using again.
I almost gave it 4 stars.It was about as expected for DominosI had not been to a Dominos in a few years.I won't rush back, but I may go back in a few months.
Ordered 2 pizza's today. Arrived at the store to find only one young woman working. She was working the entire store. She had to greet customers, answer phones, make food, box food. She couldn't finish one thing without the phone ringing. Never felt so bad for anyone ever. She busted her butt trying to get the job done. Where was management? WHERE was ownership???? Think twice before you order from this store. If ownership and management feel keeping the store open is more important that this young woman's safety or customer satisfaction, I strongly suggest they close doors.
Stranded in a random hotel with COVID right now in a strange area I’m not familiar with. Ordered contactless delivery but I’m delirious with a Covid fever 101F and didn’t type the address to the hotel in right. Someone else took my order!Even tho it was my mistake the store offered to remake my order for me free of charge as long as I came and picked it up.It was totally my fault but the store is making it up for me anyway.Also it’s Christmas Eve. And I’m supposed to be down here spending it with my family but because Covid I have to spend it alone down the street.This dominos is even re making my order just after their closing hours. My family is on there way there right now. They haven’t got the Pick up yet. I hope they stay open just a few more minutes for me. Fingers crossed. ??????
My notifications were not sent in a timely manner, but the pizzas were great ?
Terrible. Ordered 5 pizza’s for my 4 year olds birthday party and they all came delivered, scrunched up in the box. See pictures below. Also, I told them that I wanted them cut into smaller slices and they gave us huge slices. From what we salvaged, the pizza was cold and did not taste good. Biggest waste of $100.
