My blizzard was made unsatisfactory, enough to take it back up. I always order the same flavor and know what they should look like. The response was that I could pay for additional toppings. Then the food I ordered came out and I raised my hand. The employee looked right at me then took it to another table who had to waive him off. No one seemed to care at this location.
