Ordered my favorite birthday cake for my son's birthday party. One of Cold Stone Signature Cakes. Cost 45$. I was very excited to share it with his guests, but upon eating it I was absolutely HEART SICK!!!It was nothing but a SHADOW of what the REAL Cold Stone cake should be! Just a plain old ice cream cake with NONE of the special ingredients mixed into the ice cream! Shame! Shame! Shame! What a disappontment!!!I am getting ready to call the Corporate headquarters to CLOSE DOWN this Pretender Cold Stone store!

My wife and I just had a WONDERFUL experience here tonight. After a long evening of Christmas shopping, we both had a major craving for ice cream however by the time we realized this it was 10:20 and Cold Stone was already closed so we thought..... however seeing that the "open" sign was not lit but two gentlemen were standing in the store, we decided to walk-in and they greeted us with smiling faces and said sure we would love to give you a nice bowl of ice cream even though we're closed we would be happy to do it anytime. Employess such as Carlos and Jesse are what make certain experiences so pleasurable not only did they have an awesome product but they had a great attitude and a great spirit about them. We will definitely be back again!
On Uber Eats, you are required to place 1 mix in, but all other mix ins on (Add Ins) are gone except for sprinkles. So I can't make anything which makes me not order. I assume some employee who didn't like working extra (most likely a liberal) did this so not as many orders come through and they don't need to work as much. Probably voted for Biden.
The staff was very friendly. The place is well kept and always clean. The only issue I have with Cold Stone is the prices. It is really expensive for ice cream.

Rude Staff: I ordered a cotton candy ice cream on a cone, and as soon as I got it, it melted. So I went inside and asked to exchange because I saw someone else exchange their ice cream so I figured they would do the same for me. So I explained the situation and asked if I could exchange for a small vanilla ice cream in a cup, I even said one scoop would be fine. They said they could do that, but I would have to pay.
An employee named Jennifer left me in the lobby for 15 min straight waited until I left to come out of the office, when I went came back, she was then on the phone. I told her I was waiting for her for a long time she said “no way”. Their was no sorry or why she left the store basically unattended.
Great tasting ice cream ! Way better than fro-yo and everything is so clean. No wonder they are busy !
