After 20 years of going to Chops we have never been more disappointed in a dining experience and will not return. Poorly trained arrogant servers, mediocre food, dirty sticky dining tables and price gouging. Save your $$ and take a stroll down 5th to some place that values you as a customer. There are 200 plus dining options in Naples to choose from. We are going elsewhere.

Great Birthday celebration. Fabulous food and service
It was my first time at this restaurant, our waitress was great, she was always happy and our food came out fast. The food was amazing! the restaurant looked dirty, our table was sticky and the wood on the wall next to our table was full of dust it was so gross, also our plates did not look very clean my husbands plate had food on it that was dried up from someone else. my plates had tons of finger marks and spots. The silverware looked good and so did the glasses.
This meal was fabulous from start to finish. The food was phenomenalâ¦.especially the âbig baconâ and âtuna chopâ apps. Out of this world.
Great food and atmosphere. The renovation they completed a year or two ago was done very well. It has a great high-end steakhouse feel. The newly remodeled bar is fantastic. While the service was fine I wouldnât consider it high end. Overall would definitely return.
Great Fiod and atmosphere
60 dollar steak over cooked and they comped a 16 dollar glass of wine. Waitress was too busy, did not check on food for at least 15 minutes after it was delivered. Ocean Prime is a better option and value.
Best steak of my entire life, for the second time. I love this restaurant. The wagyu filet is delicious! I wish I could eat every meal here!
