I’ve been going to this place for years now. I’ll admit I love the food, but the problem is to serve 10 people in line shouldn’t take close to an hour. I got there at 8:06pm, and didn’t leave till 8:51pm. I got to the counter the lady making the dishes was edgy and had a very bad attitude. They were also out of chicken, white rice, and even chips! Oh wait! Queso too! Not only was I disappointed, but the people who placed orders for pickup were furious. I saw a couple standing to the side in the pick up zone and they were there before I got there. They were still waiting empty handed as I was leave. They have lost my loyalty, and I will start going to Moes for a bowl. Also where is the negative stars button?
The food was tasty and the inside was clean. I had to take off 1/2 of a star. A food prep worker carried a big cardboard box from the back, then went back to using hands to put food together without changing plastic gloves. I took off another 1/2 star because getting out of the parking lot was difficult. Too many people walking around and cars trying to get in the mall area.
Firs time dining in this Chipotle location. If I could give it more stars I would! Woow! I can't get over the taste It was the best Chipotle steak bowl I've ever tasted in my life very big food portions, I've been to different locations in different states but this one is my favorite yet! The staff were nice, kind and friendly they do a great job wish them all the best.. The restaurant was clean, there was a line, it was crowded but it worth it. The view around the restaurant was very nice. Highly recommended!
If you have an hour of you day to waste, this is the place for you. There were only 3 people ahead of me and some how it managed to take over 50 minutes for them to check all of us out. They might as well have just handed me my food out of the refrigerator. Worse Chipotle in the 239 and should shut down. They need to reexamine how to efficiently check people out, make the food so it does not sit there for 50 minute and just go cold, and hire some better staff. No one in there seemed to care that the 4 people in the line and the 15 people waiting to pick up their food might have better things to do than sit around and watch the employees do nothing. For the price of the food and the time I wasted waiting in line I would have rather of gone to a nice sit down place than get stuck standing in that line, watching steak cook on the grill. Very irritating, would not recommend to a friend, and definitely will not be returning until they can get their issues straightened out.
I've been to a lot of Chipotles in high traffic areas and I have never experienced anything like this Chipotle. I ordered food at 6:00 online for pickup at 6:40 and it wasn't ready until 7:10. People came in the door 10 min. after I arrived for pickup and got their food before they processed my already paid for order (after asking them three times about my order!) Then she didn't want to give me forks for the two taco orders (we were sharing dishes). The food didn't taste up to Chipotle quality and the rice wasn't close to be cooked. Get a new manager.
Charged me $10 for the smallest kids meal I’ve ever seen + chips. Charged me extra for queso without telling me and it was so little. It was also barely warm. Had a hard time getting their attention. Crazy.
Terribly managed. I can’t believe they. haven’t improved in months. So disorganized, slow, waiting in line for 30 min with 10 people in front of me! How is that fast food?? Not well trained stuff. Couldn’t tell how is running this restaurant. Terrible!!!
I'll give it 5 stars. Food was great as expected. Looks like they are in the middle of renovations, doesn't hamper the eating.
This is an extremely high traffic Chipotle especially during season here in Naples. The manager at the facility that I see often at night is a world class leader and deserves to be recognized. This is certainly not an easy task having locals and tourists coming through the facility non-stop. He is constantly helping his staff as well as serving the hundreds of customers that come through that door daily. I truly hope Chipotle recognizes this man especially during a time where a lot of places are short staffed and there is not enough people to work. The food is always fresh tasting and the staff is always friendly and willing to do what they need to do to get the customers in and out of the facility as effieciently as possible. I commend the staff at this facility for an amazing job and keep up the great work!
Chipotle is always tasty but this location is operated by a very inefficient team. Wait times are 40-50 min past online order estimates.
