i was at this chilis yesterday wanting to have some food with my aunt, brother, and my special needs uncle. we got sat down at our table and were given no menus. we waited for 20 minutes and NOBODY came to take our order nor did they offer us drinks. we would just get stared so we asked someone to take our order and the person just told us that they would be right with us. the restaurant wasn’t busy AT ALL. there were plenty of servers/employees walking around and it was as if we weren’t there. a while after we got sat down another family (a white family) got seated by us and were taken care of RIGHT AWAY. so i don’t know whether it’s because me and my family are mexican or if it’s because they discriminate special needs kids, but i DONT recommend eating at this place. so disappointed.
We dined in and the customer service was superb. They got some new items on the menu and the drinking menu looked great as well but this was a work meeting so gotta go back later. Only thing that kept it from a five was some of my favorite items are no longer there and the menu of new items seemed mostly identical. It was cooked exactly just nothing exciting or would be a 5.
Stop here at least twice a month when visiting my son in college. Food is always good and the service is above and beyond. Every visit has been throughly enjoyes

Well first thing our booth was wobbly and moved.The waitress relocated us however I ordered the fajitas and everything was spicy even the rice. Jalapenos in everything.My husband ordered a burger which fell apart and was greasy. I'm very disappointed in all the food.Awful.
We look forward when we go to Chilis to try the Margaritta of the month and to enjoy their "Rewards program" perks. When we sat down at the table there was 15" sign on the table promoting the "Margaritta of the Month" We asked for 2 of them, but were told that they no longer had the ingredients to make it. We asked what they were promoting in it's place? and they said "nothing" We sighed in at the rewards program where they were promoting a sign "Pay for Chips and Salsa: Never when you are on the Rewards Program" We never received them. When I asked for them they were delivered but when we received our bill we were charged for them. When I showed them that their sign that said we shoud get them for no charge, they took the charge off. I know everyone is looking for help but at least train your new, or untrained employees. The meal was ok but it wasn't a typical Chilis experience.
Had dinner there this evening and when we walked in the hostess had her back to us and it took her some time to acknowledge us and continued to have her back to almost every other customer that came in. I don't know if the hostess stand needs to be repositioned or there just needs to be better training but that doesn't make customers feel particularly welcomed. When we have visited here in the past all the tables in the bar have been first come first serve. There was a table in the bar open but we were told it was reserved for customers on the wait list. That table sat there empty for the approximate 30 minutes that we had to wait for a table.
Came to Chili’s with my wife and daughter to take advantage of Free Kids meal coupon with the purchase of an adult meal and it was good as always. You can go wrong with the recipe’s at Chili’s. Service was great for the occasion and Maria was excellent. Join Chili’s rewards and you will get coupons for free items from time to time. ?
We got two take out dinners. Pickup was great. Food was top notch superb.
Very disappointed with my visit, expectations are never high with a chain like chili's, but to have to wait 30 minutes to be seated because they are doing a shift change screams of mismanagement. I got there early to avoid having to wait for the dinner rush and still had to wait regardless. Food was fine and service was as well, so you get a couple stars for that because it's not the staff's fault. An entire half of the restaurant was empty, with the exception of about two tables. Just extremely frustrated with this experience.
