I saw the previous reviews and thought how it could it be so low? Now I know! This site, free is not free. What do I mean? As a rewards member, a free appetizer with them is not free! If you chose guacamole, how ya supposed to eat it without chips? They charged us for the chips- disgusting! The service was lackluster, had to ask for a few things several times. The server didn’t return to ask how the food was. The worst part is that the restaurant was mostly empty so he didn’t have that excuse!
We were planning on eating lunch but unfortunately we had to walk out, super under staffed. Bar tender was the only one visible for quite a while taking orders for those sitting at bar as well as all the other folks sitting on the sit yourself side. After approximately 10 minutes, another server came from the kitchen & have 1 table chips went back to the kitchen & came back out about 5 minutes later with 1 order. In the meantime this other poor bar tender as trying to capture as many orders as possible.Management needs to have adequate staffing levels for many reasons but the 2 most important:1)"Your own associates security, retention & mental sanity!""2) Serving your clients & keep them coming back.Just like we walked out upset because we wasted our lunch time waiting, so did many others.
no manager no help no seating waited waited and waited. thumbs down for me. if they had acknowledged us it would have been different.
Astonishing value. My wife and I had the two for $25 (plus $4) and we had a Chips and Salsa starter, A 10oz Sirloin and a Mango Chicken, plus an amazing Cookie and Icecream Dessert. The Steak was excellent.
I just stopped in here after a 2 hour drive to explore this part of Naples. Interested in buying over here. Decided to stop in for a quick bite. After waiting for 10 min and using the restroom. We went to bar area to ask about being served. Was told by the bar tender she was the only one working and we would have to sit over in that area but she had to clean off 3 dirty tables 1st. We sat for another 5 min and left as she was already tending to 6 other patrons. Decided to just eat back at home. Manager should be assisting the 1 worker.
Food was good. Service was bad. With nearly no one in the place, service was lacking. Folks standing in the back talking, goofing off.Standing at the take out area, a family came in carrying a baby. They were told to find the front area to be seated. What happened to serving the customer.. Poor service overall.
Unfortunately the place was dirty, the forks/knifes with dry rest of food from others costumers. Food quality terrible, long time waiting for, even is place was near empty. Waitress attention was very good. Please it would be great if you could fixed.
Food was good,but taking way too long to come out of the kitchen.There were only a few people in bar ,none in dinning room.5:00-6:00 to get a tea and nachos for two. People next to us waited an hour for their food.
I have never had a more frustrating dining experience. I ordered the bottomless soups, salad, and chips with salsa. It took almost 45 minutes to get my first bowl of soup. My girlfriend got a burger that came with soup. She didn't get her first soup until after I got mine. Well over an hour into it, and I had only gotten two bowls of soup and salad. Of witch (not to be personal), gave me the worst upset stomach of my life and all that comes with that. But I couldn't even use there bathroom because it was so disgusting and uncleaned. It was so bad we barely made it home for me. The only reason I am not utterly livid is because it was the kitchens fault for the food times. But our waiter was hustling like crazy and doing his best to work with his terrible kitchen staff. I have never been so frustrated with a restaurant in my life. It was aweful with the exception of course being our waiter.
The food was good, the drinks were good, the service was a little slow but it seemed as if when I arrived that they were playing catch up. There were a lot of tables that needed to be cleaned. I would of thought the bartender would of helped with bussing the tables since she didn't have anyone at the bar and was done cleaning her area but she instead talked to the incoming bartender while it looked like a manager came out (probably from helping with the food orders) to clean off the table tops.
