I like Chick-fil-A, but this particular one is the worst I've ever been to. The drive thru is the dumbest setup I've ever seen. People behind you get your food and then get angry that you aren't moving. Plus you wait forever because of their antiquated put cards on your car system or tracking people. Also they mess your order up every single time. I've been there over 20 times since they opened and not once have they got the order 100% correct. It is a joke, Chick-fil-A corporate get this store in line.
Chicken Fil A has done a great job with this storeThey have revised the entire store to make the customer experience better.The store is much larger & the layout has been improved to increase the customer flow.They have added two canopies, one at the order taking area & one at the pickup window.They have built the drive thru so two lanes can flow & be serviced simultaneously!Great food!Great Experience & Wonderful owners!
I hate to complain especially about chick fil a ! Helloooo who doesn’t love chick fil a ! But I have to be completely honest, this location is terrible at getting orders right ! I have ordered from here 6 times total and 5 out of 6 times they have gotten the incorrect order ! I don’t think they read the order when they deliver it ! I will have the correct ticket but the wrong food every time ! I never go back and complain because I have a screaming toddler with me so it’s inconvenient, and who wants to re wait in those gruesome chick fil a lines ! I hope management reads this and has a conversation with the team !
Awesome layout. Smooth running as expected. I was missing items from my order, but I called and had to leave a message. (I didn’t think anyone one would get back to me cause I left a voicemail) but I did hear back! They added free items that I was missing to my chick fil a app! Great service! Manager is super nice!

Fast friendly service with newer type of drive through doorway. Can get busy like most Chick-fil-A's.
Our family went twice during opening week and had amazing experiences both times. The staff worked seamlessly to take and deliver our order. The operator even took time to introduce himself and congratulate us on the birth of our newborn who was with us. So excited finally have a Chick Fil A on this side of town!!
It's a new location so extremely popular, unfortunately, their drive-thru process is very different from the usual setup and creates a traffic jam once you place an order. So just know you will need to allocate plenty of time for the drive-thru
It’s 9:28 pm and there is like no line and I have been waiting like 30 minutes to get a chicken sandwich
Cool newer design. Longer eating area, lots of seating. Definitely more set up to handle takeout mobile orders. Double drive through line with covered section to get food. No play area. Food was hot and accurate during dinner rush. At least 20 people working behind counters filling orders.
