Lines always around the building but moves quickly.
In one week period, i went there 2 nights . And they managed to got my order wrong both times. Only gave 1 salad dressing for my 3 salads and the 2nd night didnt even got my salad right as how i requested. Their drive-through crew needs some serious training.. never experienced this level of inconsistency in any other location. Been a big fan of chick fil-A long time.
The service is excellent, the food is delicious and they have dine in, take out, and delivery services. Chic fil a is almost always full, but that's because the food is good and worth the money spent?. Also has a play place for kids to enjoy, requires a certain age and height, but not necessary. The staff are also very friendly, helpful, and patient. Chic fil a is worth the hype and you should eat here.
Came for ice cream cones. Not very good flavor. More of a icy milk with a hint of vanilla flavor.Please teach your employees how to fill a soft serve ice cream in a cone.Back in my state of WI, the cones are very tall! A masterpiece 5" to 6" of ice cream on top of the cone! Here was 3" slanted pile of poo. Unacceptable.

Worst managed drive thru ever. Over 20 mins in line never got close to place an order. There were 8 cars in front of me. After I crossed the 20 min mark I had to bail out of line with 3 cars still between me and placing an order. Other locations would process that many cars in 10 min or less. Just shameful.
Woah! Great service, better yet amazing service! Very organized when the lines get long! 5 minute wait and the orders come out correctly! Would recommend! Also the staff is very friendly and are always attentive! Atmosphere is also warm and friendly!

Amazing service! Order was perfect and got everything extra we asked for. Manager checked in on us and a person even came by to refill our drink. Best dine in experience/ customer service at a fast food place.
Very crowded! Started in drive thru, even though there were 2 lines! Pulled out & parked & got my food to go. Who knows if I save time? Food still hot, fresh & delicious.
