Cavo Lounge hosted a Wine Tasters of Naples Happy Hour Friday night and they left no stone unturned in their attention to our 50+ guests. The food served was generous portions and delicious and the beverages were mighty fine, too! Thanks Billy, Zoey, Allie, and Sara, as well as General Manager Mike for making our event one of our 2022 favorites. Since we do these events weekly all over town, I believe I can safely say - among our top 5 faves! With so many great venues in Naples, that's a high bar!
Cavo Lounge hosted “Wine Tasters of Naples” Friday and did an amazing job accommodating our large group. Billy and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our event went smoothly. Beautiful place both inside and outside. A large group of Wine Tasters of Naples Club members were Hosted this past Friday during Cavo's Happy Hour. We were treated to a wide variety of menu options on their dining menu and the food was delicious. The Ambiance with an Open Air Seating outside coupled with a Cool and Relaxing indoor dining space made this a nice spot to Relax. Our Club Members Loved the Food, Drinks, Music and Service. If you are visiting Naples, or live here full time, this is the place to go after a nice day on the beach or golf course to unwind, cool off and let Manager Billy's Wonderful Staff and great Drinks, Food, Music or Dancing, complete the day. Manager Billy...We Loved the Cavo Lounge and we hope that we are invited back again! Special kudos to your Servers Allee and Sara, as well as, our two dedicated Bartenders, for making our event even more Special!
We went there with the group Wine Tasters of Naples and the hospitality was so friendly. The drinks were fairly priced and the food was amazing !!! The Frank Sinatra impersonator was really fun will be back
Cavo is a beautiful lounge with indoor and beautiful outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the warm Naples weather and bonus perk... people watching!Excellent service and cocktails. What we love best though is the food! They have a small, but great menu. Some of our favorites are the Roasted Cauliflower (I could drink the sauce), a thick juicy Wagyu Burger topped with an egg and loaded with fixings, and their gourmet grilled cheese is also a treat.They often have live music, so tons of fun to dance and enjoy the Naples locals and visitors cutting loose. This is a must see lounge. Don't forget to swing by BURN for a dance and nightcap!
Love this place. We love bartender Kat. Great drinks, service, food, atmosphere and dancing. Good for date night,Or friends and late at night night-clubbing. Beautiful outdoor seating areas also. Good location, great for people watching too. Class act and love the open air feel.
We took friends to Cavo tonight . We were treated with terrible service. We ordered after about 15-20 minute of a wait to be even noticed. Each dinner came out separately , my dinner came wrong and they took it back. It never came back. We had to contact numerous people to see where my meal was at.. Finally after literally and hour and 45 minutes they finally received my dinner. Our friends had WARM. beer. Had to get a glass of ice to pour the beer in to make it at least a little cold. Finally we received our meals and they all came out separately. Not a way to serve food !!!!!!!Our bill came and the manager came over he took off my sandwich.They charged us for 3 glasses of wine which we ordered during happy hour which was half price but charged full price. Not really any kind of i am sorry for this . This place has no clue on how to run a restaurant.The band was good and they could not wait to get us out of there instead of really apologizing and making things right by us.Steer clear of this place for dining and drinks. We eat out alot and this might have been my worst experience ever.We all paid full price for everything but my sandwich 2 hours to get food and it came out separately . Warm beer terrible service and food.
I do hope the manager reads this and responds.I remember Cavo when it was first being ready to open in the summer of 2015. It opened shortly after and was the best place to be. My wife and I would go there every weekend when in Naples. The layout was awesome, the outside was open, the seating was plentiful, the service was great, and the food menu was amazing. The people that went to Cavo were dressed to kill and everybody just looked very good and attractive. The music was great and the dance floor was packed.Over the years Cavo made the decision to transform itself to emulate a pool club in Las Vegas. The outside became closed off and the seating suffered. The food menu vanished as did the quality. The service got worse and worse.I just wish the old Cavo would come back.
Cavo is a great spot I visit frequently to have a few happy hour drinks & apps, or to party until close on the weekends. The staff always takes care of us, ask for Allee if you want fantastic service! If you’re looking to have a good time come here!
So the food was good but our waitress was awful. Brought only 1 table setting and when asked for another she seemed annoyed and never brought it. She left the menus on our table and on her other tables. Then we asked for more water and she never brought it. She never asked if we needed anything or how we liked the food. However the live band was great! It was a great place to try again but with a different waitress.
