Yesterday at BurgerFi, Eddynson was great! He was organizing the restaurant inside and outside. With every customer, he had a smile on his face and greeted them. He gave me the energetic feel that BurgerFi is all about. He is great with food recommendations to first timers. The food was delicious, but most of all, the fries are to die for! I was very pleased yesterday and I will be coming back ‼️
My family raves about this place, we all went and we were all absolutely astounded by hopes customer service, they were kind, especially when dealing with our large party/order. by far some of the best customer service and connections i have ever received. who ever hope is, they need a raise!!!! definitely made our experience there. the food was also great. 11/10.
I just received the best customer service today by Andrea! She was the nicest and recommend the best burger. Danny and Ernesto made the most delicious burgers and crispy fries! I highly recommend coming here especially on tuesday my kids eat free!
Eggcellent waygu ceo bacon burger fries were great eventho I didn't know the drizzle was mayonnaise based sauce Kimberly was quite the people pleaser and was dedicated to helping me anyway she could price was a lil hefty for burger and fries but what isn't expensive also it was waygu so no real complaints this place could give 5 guys a run potentially 9/10 would recommend

I’ve been to this location before and it seems to get worseI ordered the “conflicted burger”But forgot to add picklesSo I politely asked the cashiers to notify the cook and she said no problem..only to see that once my order was brung out to my table the pickles were placed on the side instead of on the burger *deepest eye roll ..ok no problem I’ll put them on myself ..moving along I purchased the almost $5 fries and had to send them Back because majority of them were burnt and after receiving the next set there was no improvementThere should be some changes made to the customer service and the way the food is prepared because I was not please at all for such a “high quality “ establishment
Greatly disappointed. Wish I could give less that one star. An order was placed on line from home. I was out on errands at the time and went to pick it up after a period of time passed. After waiting a half hour after they said they were working on it, The manager said they had a "new" person on the front line and wasn't sure what was going on. Checked again and the manager said they didn't have our name. He needed an online ID number. I didn't have a phone and couldn't reach home to get the email. I gave him the name , address and credit card used and he couldn't find the order. Left, went back home and got the order info and came back. On the online order, it specifically said the online order number was NOT needed to pick up an order. He rudely said his store policy was it was needed, and didn't care what it said on the online order confirmation and now they had the order. I had been setting there after I originally left. So I took the cold order home and found three of the burgers were made wrong. No buns even though the order said one burger green. They made them all green. Talk about a poor manager, not customer friendly, rude and spouting a policy that went against his own corporation written order confirmation. Will avoid this poor excuse for a restaurant.
