My family and I love eating here. It has been so good everytime we come. Today’s experience was even better with Yordin’s help. He helped me figure out what fries I get (because I always forget) and he was super nice at the register. I will always love coming here. Good food, good service!
The young man yordan and aaron provided exceptional customer service. The young lady serving was so professional and polite. The food was delicious and the milkshakes are top tier! The chicken tenders are lovely!
A step above the regular burger place. Prices reflect this too. Expect to pay for the premium burger experience. The beef burgers are tasty though and BurgerFi burgers are no exception. The dining experience is unremarkable. But at least the dining area is clean. Good place for a quick burger or hot dog meal fix. The onion rings are the best in Naples.
Just ordered 5 chicken tenders to go. Checked my order in the parking lot. Only 4 in the box. Took them back inside & the kid said "What do you want me to do?" DUH! I said "Put another one in the box!" No apology. The service at this location leaves much to be desired. (And this is not the first time!)
Came in today and didn’t realize that kids eat free on Tuesday’s. Saved around $20. Thanks BurgerFi for helping out working families.
Fresh cut fries with cheese are delicious!! Great chicken sandwiches too!
I had a great experience coming to BurgerFi one of the best burgers I’ve had in a really long time ever since moving to Naples very friendly staff and great food!!!
Simply wonderful. Full fledged burger joint and heaven for vegans and veggie lovers . Keep everyone happy, shakes made with custard, fresh store cut fries, buns perfect size and list goes on..... very reasonable price point.
Great food, great service!Stopped in for a burger after a long day at the beach. The restaurant was clean and inviting and the service was quick and fantastic but the most important part was that the food was amazing!!! And you get mounds of fries! I had the BAD burger and loved it! I highly recommend not just any Burger Fi but this location specifically was fantastic!!!
