....but I can't even say I liked it much. Lovely decoration...cool and inviting. However, our food was OK, but far from what you'd expect in a French restaurant. Not to mention the prices--we felt $140 was outrageous for what we had---2 simple dinners and no alcohol at all---can't blame the price on a $60 bottle of wine. We're used to Naples prices but have had many better meals in town for less.. They were clearly understaffed....only 2 servers and no helpers...nobody to bus tables, keep drinks refiled, etc. Fortunately it was only about 1/2 filled. But even 1/2 filled, it was VERY loud just with the conversations going on. I'd say there were approximately 20 people in the restaurant (we were not outside where highway noise could have factored in). It's hard to have conversation at a normal pitch in the main room that wasn't close to full. Everyone just has to yell louder---desperately needs sound-dampening panels! PROS: Pretty decor. Nice hostess and waitress. CONS: Noise, value. So much for a romantic birthday dinner.

We have been to Bistro La Baguette about six times for lunch & Dinner. First of all we love Chef Sebastian. The dining room is a delight. This little French restaurant is about traditionalFrench bistro comfort food and making oneself at home. Sometimes it is very nice to dine with formality but this is not the place for formalities. Kick back and drink some champagne and eat some escargots without a lot of fanfare. The wine selections and vintages are more than satisfactory. We're disappointed to hear that La Baguette is closing for the summer. :(

I had one of the best meals ever at this restaurant. The service was amazing along with the food. Although the menu seems pricy, the price is nothing considering what you'll get.

What an incredible meal. My friend and I have met here several times to enjoy the charming atmosphere, pleasant service, and delectable entrées. The quiche Lorraine is inspired and the Croque monsieur is also a favorite. I always order the French onion soup on an initial visit as a means of finding my bearings in a French restaurant; it was also absolutely delicious. Overall, we are very impressed.

We visited LaBaguette twice this season, once for lunch and once for Easter Brunch. Overall the food and the service is outstanding but I will make a few comments about the brunch. While the choices were abundant both for hot and cold appetizers the oysters were warm, many of the dishes lacked forks/spoons/tongs with which to serve yourself….so people were using their fingers….dessert buffet was so - so. The shrimp and the lox and the pates were the absolute best. The price of $79 pp included a bottle of wine (white or red) or a bottle of champagne - our server told us it was “real” French champagne - fortunately my partner asked to see the bottle and was able to discern it was French sparkling wine…the prime rib was tough, lobster ravioli was OK and the Easter ham was excellent.

it was a disappointment from last Easter, the service awful, confusion and waiting time with reservations was painful. I waited 20-30 minutes for a 2 ounce piece of Prime Rib with french fries, who serves french fries with prime rib? food was even worse. the oysters were warm and small, coconut shrimp over cooked and dry. the calamari was tough and dry. they took forever to refill everything at the buffet. i wanted to get out of there as fast as possible. we will never go back. all of this for $79 per person? i would have had a better meal at a pizza shop!

My wife and I recently bought a house in Naples. We pass by this restaurant all the time and it always appeared crowded. Stopped in for lunch yesterday and was very pleased. Good service great salad and omelette will go back for the onion soups anne sandwich.

I took my wife to Bistro La Baguette for her Birthday. My reservation was honored to the minute. A good start. It got better. We were immediately brought delicious warm French crust bread and butter. We checked the wine list which was extensive but not pompous. The waiter who was very knowledgeable suggested a lovely red for my wife and me. My wife ordered Duck a l'orange and I asked about the Beef Bourguignon. Both came piping hot and were wonderful. Even the side were wonderful. I forgot to mention as an appetizer we had a Charcuterie Plate. A small taste of various French delicacies. For dessert do not miss the Grand Marnier Souffle (order it when ordering your main course. A memorable evening!

Wow 5 star all the way!!!! Food was beautifully presented and delicious. I visit Naples last year before we bought a house near by but I wasn’t able to come in as it’s always busy n packed. But! If you call one week in advance you can get a decent reservation for either Friday or Saturday. Then you are all set. We ordered fish n frog legs. So delicious. Fish was fresh n soft. Perfect amount of butter and seasonings. My frog legs were good but it an acquired taste that not everyone is into it. It’s slightly fried yet perfect in a way. I would definitely come back again and order other food here. Can’t wait to come back.

Place would've gotten t stars if it weren't for Helga ( Valerie chefs sister we were told) and her attitude. People like that do not need to be the first people that greet you at a restaurant. Rest of the staff was great. Food and wine are good. Minus 2 stars for Helga
