Lauren did a fabulous job as our server. Food and drinks were timed well. She was very attentive even though they were very busy. Atmosphere was lively and energetic. My husband and I shared the snapper and it was one of the best fish dishes Iâve had. The Thai chili sauce is incredible and the amount of sauce was perfect. We also shared the calamari app which once again was done perfectly - lite batter. We will be back and bring our out of town guests here. Highly recommend.

My husband and I went last night for dinner. We had the Crispy Ahi Roll and the Spring Rolls as appetizers. As our entrees the Tenderloin Tips & Gorgonzola pasta and the Chilean Sea Bass. Finished it off with crème brí»lée. Everything was absolutely delicious, but the Chilean Sea Bass was on a whole new level. The roasted garlic carrot mash was bursting with flavor to beautifully complement the fish. If you have not been, you need to go. We will be back.
Crab dip was dreadful, so salty and no real crab (maybe thatâs the Marylander in me?). Pasta and Salmon were okay, but not amazing. $120 for an average dinner - there so MUCH better around.
Very easy to find and as was directed on the reservation there was plenty of parking in the back. The restaurant was not very busy, so we got the pick of seating. Everyone from the time we walked in and throughout the evening was helpful. The server was helpful with the selections on the menu and any specials. The food was cook to perfection. I would recommend it to anyone and plan to go back again.

It was both a birthday and engagement (at the last minute) and the staff did a great job of making the night special.
We hadnât been to Bistro 821 in awhile, but we wonât wait so long to return. The berry salad was delicious and the flavors in the sauce in the snapper were delicious. I wish Iâd taken a picture. Service was attentive but not hovering. We had a wonderful meal.
