In the resort. The food was good, but pricy. Service is good, but with only one place for breakfast in a large hotel it can be somewhat busy/slow.
The staff at Aura are so great. Everyone is so friendly and attentive. George, Serge, Mike, Kernard and Abegail are some of the few people who have been outstanding to see everyday. They work so hard and ensure people are well attended to. The food is great but the people are better. If you don’t believe me, go see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed!
Good food but very limited options which are pretty bland
Extremely disappointed. None of the items of the “lunch menu” exists. It’s breakfast only. Very misleading.
The worst management i have ever seen. I order food for me and my children and they give me only 2 meals and said the kitchen is closed. You can get better service in a third world country then here. The Manger is ignorant in customer service
Full disclosure, I'm not a fan of the Naples Grand and in the past have found their food overpriced and not worth the money. Pleasant surprise this visit...had the cobb salad with grilled shrimp added and wow, very very good! Also thought the prices had been right sized a bit since my last visit too. The dressing on the salad was amazing and the shrimp were a taste sensation to go with the avocado in the salad. Happy to revise my opinion of this restaurant. The Caesar salad and grilled cheese looked good too for my dining companions.
Typical hotel where one orders the buffet or is subjected to very slow service when ordering ala carte and cost will exceed buffet. This buffet was among the poorest I have ever experienced. Scrambled eggs had been out so long they were like rubber and cold. Breakfast potatoes were greasy and not worthy of a bad diner. Waffles old and old. Fruit selection very poor. Such a negative experience we have opted to go off site every day since the first. AVOID THIS KNE!
Better than most hotel restaurant
Great experience! Jade was one of the best waitresses we’ve ever had! Food was great and we will be back!
We sat at the bar and had a few drinks and we each had a salad. The salads were below average and the drinks overpriced. It is off-season and so not like the offering that they had in the past. Our bill was $90.00 for something way below average. We live down the street and will not be back. Messing with locals off-season is a bad concept.
