We had the misfortune of having all local Arby's close down; the closest one is a couple hours away. So on our vacation, we were determined to get some yummy meaty goodness (I have to admit, it was actually quite high on our must-do vacation priorities!!). First attempt was through Door Dash, and 45 minutes between food being picked up and delivered made for a cold meal. Attempt number one-FAIL. Second attempt was singlehandedly the worst fast food experience I've ever had. Terrible service, rude staff, and curly fries when we didn't want them. Attempt number two-FAIL.Finally, our last night in Naples on our way to Fort Lauderdale, we try again. Thank the meaty gods of goodness, it was exactly what we needed! Super sweet staff, awesome service, awesome food (because seriously, the French Dip is manna from heaven in this family), and unless Arby's sees this and comes back to Portland, Maine, this one will have to tide is over either until next year, or until we finally break down and drive over three hours round trip to get more. Thanks, Arby's! You really helped make our vacation!

I drove 6 miles over there tonight at 10:10 pm they have closing time posted as 11:00pm the drive through sign lights were out so I pulled up to the window there was a black guy in a hoodie standing there watching someone mopping the floor he looked at me and shrugged his shoulders like I should know they close early when they feel like it, I was actually giving this place a second chance the last time I drove all rge way home and my sandwich was not in the bag luckily my wife's was so I only got screwed monoterally paying for nothing but as least she was happy but me not so much there were 4 other cars lurking aroundtrying to spend money but no Bueno, Naples would be a great place for an Arby's franchise that actually sold and served foodif the management is this poor the food can't be up to the franchise standards

I don't go here often, but my visit here this time was met with a very pleasant staff and quick service on a busy Friday.

3/2/22 UPDATE: I was contacted within minutes after posting the review that appears below. The regional manager listened to my concerns and made amends for the dry cleaning of my shirt and for my poor custserv experience. Janet, thank you for your assistance and professionalism. You renewed my faith in Arby's and your response speaks loudly about Arby's commitment to customer satisfaction. I will be back. Thanks again!------Waited 10 minutes at the counter before anyone came out to greet me and take my order. Unpleasant. No smile. No "thank you". Lid was not put on milkshake tightly and it spilled all over my silk shirt. Ruined. Poor fast food experience. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Air conditioning was out or something. Totally awful experience when it's 90 degrees inside the dining area. Go through the drive thru window, and skip the dining area. It's been that way the last two times I have visited this Arby's location.

Just got home spent $38.00 in drive thru,3/9/22 at 545p.m. my Mac n cheese was not in the bag or my sauces and extra curly fries I had ordered very disappointed ..and feel robbed

These people don’t know how to do there job right !!! Most of them was high as heck . Pulled to the front to pay and they already threw the whole order away! What a waist !

Got to tell you, it's been a while since I've been in an Arby's, but I certainly liked my lunch experience, here. Had to wait a few extra minutes, but it's the Saturday lunch rush; ain't no thing. Even the front register guy was kind enough to take a second and tell me that we're just waiting on the nuggets. Couple words to go a long way. Yes, they're busy, but pleasantly clean in the dining room. Somewhere you know that when they get a few minutes, they regularly clean up everything. Everything was crisp, hot, and tasty. Thank you for a pleasant lunch.

We have been visiting this Arby's location for years now, and usually it is a good experience, we always ring the bell! But lately we have noticed that the ordering area inside is very dirty, unkept, sticky yuk all over the floor, the drink station overflowing with a mixture of soda in the catch container. And it seems every table was dirty and uncleaned from previous cutomers... We had to clean our own table with some hand sanitizer I keep on me. Com'on people you can do better than this! Show some professionalism, and cleanliness. Dont you want a restaurant that you can be proud of?
