I would have said this is such a good place to go and have a nice family dinner, except for the horrible customer service given by my waitress, I believe her name was Amanda. Once she placed our food in front of us, she was never to be seen again. Or at least not in front of our table, except she was right in front of us the whole time….. I really hope there is training for this to not happen to another family just trying to enjoy a nice dinner.
UPDATE 03/28/2022I our server was Nacy she is a kind hard working woman. I felt so bad she was literally the only server she done a amazing job. Wait time for the food was longer than normal. How ever the food was Hot and fresh. I ordered the new Glazy orange chicken bowel chicken was tender rice was fresh I will order again. Good Job Nacy and the chef with limited staff they pulled it off...........................................................................The boneless wings was good. Server was nice and helpful. Restaurant looked clean.not my favorite place but mom likes it. The steak was nothing to brag about. I ordered rare. Was over cooked. And the steak was fatty. I love steak but never again from here.
Absolute worst service I've ever had in my life. Waiters name was Oscar, unbelievably terrible. Forgot half our order. We somehow waited 45 minutes for our salads. Salads were good. Never refilled drinks. Never checked on us. Just absolutely terrible. Will never be back and would never recommend anyone coming.
6/5 stars. Mike was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Everything we ate (combo app, burger, fries, prime rib dipper, triple chocolate dessert thingy) was fantastic! Best food we've had on our visit so far and possibly best Applebee's I've been too
The chicken wings and beer was very tasty. Wait staff were very friendly, but the manager had some kind of conflicts with them. Yelling at them on the dining room floor. Not very professional.
This is always an excellent place to dine. The people are most pleasant. The food is good. Give them a try.
Applebees will always hold a warm spot in my heart (I know that may sound crazy). I used to go to Applebees multiple times a week for their late night apps during high school and college back in the day. I hadn’t been there in awhile, so we decided to hit up this location and try it out. Thankfully they still had all of our staple favorites and it did not disappoint! The boneless wings, wonton tacos and motz sticks are forever favorites! Our server was very friendly and was incredibly attentive. We will go back for more!!
If you need any refills, better get them direct yourself from the bar. Otherwise you wait ages. Steak was twice cooked well done instead of medium rare.. bathroom floor felt like covered in glue..
Just got in tonight and Naples shut down at 9 p.m. as usual. We saw that Applebee's was open and was hoping that the food would be good. Frankly across the country it's been inconsistent. We were pleasantly surprised. The take out order process was great the person taking your order was very patient and nice and when I went to get the food the server that brought it out was incredibly nice. The steaks were grilled exactly per our order which was medium rare and rare. I was surprised since almost always the steaks are overdone. Here they were perfect. The food was great! Normally I don't give a tip for takeout but tonightI gave her a big tip. This Applebee's in Naples is top-notch I'm going to order from them again.
I prefer to write only positive reviews but unfortunately this will not be positive . I don’t know whether they were understaffed but the food was underwhelming to say the least . I ordered the chicken oriental salad and when It arrived I saw that the chicken had been prepared a while ago . The chicken was cold and had been fried a long time ago. It tasted greasy and the batter had already hardened . There was nothing oriental . Just tuffs of cabbage and carrots thrown. Old breadstick and just looked extremely stale . The other person who was with me ordered the burger and the fries looked like had been made yesterday or days ago. Cold , pale yellow and very sad looking. The burger was soggy and way too greasy . We ate some of it . Immediately afterwards we felt sick and ended regretting going there . Not a very good Sunday lunch .
