After being away for a couple weeks we were able to come back to our morning coffee spot. Consistent as always. ExcellentEspresso, extremely friendly staff always happy to see us coming.
I had the stuffed pepper and stuffed cabbage rolls and they are almost as goods as my moms. I love the owners and the entire staff. Place is always so clean. Great Place for Coffee also. Really good Latte!
We were really looking forward to this place, but greeted with extreme disappointment. They have false advertisement in their shop and the desert is "okay". We ordered "freshly squeezed OJ" and got fresh out of the fridge tropicana. Me and my husband have a juice squeezer at home and know what freshly squeezed OJ taste like. This was not it. We certainly did not appreciate being lied to. The desert was not up to par considering the reviews here. overall, we would never return here again. very disappointing,

Love this place but the deliver can be questionable. I have used them for birthday cakes, mini desserts and just walking in to purchase treats for my neighbor or people at work. Worth every dime!
Terrible service! Whoever was answering the phone on Sunday Mon April 10th did a major disservice to this store. The girl was rude & clueless, creating an unbearably frustrating experience. When I was asking about the ingredients, aka if they're organic, she just kept saying "like I said, we try to use as many organic ingredients as we can". First of all, what a condescending attitude. I'm in a position to retain what was said previously. Also, what does that suppose to mean? & How dare they branding themselves as organic if they're not? She was acting like i was making her tired w all my questions & claimed she'd call me back; as she had no answers to my questions. No call back of course. Then I called Food & Thought & got everything I needed. They also explained to me that this bakery engages in false advertising & ARE NOT ORGANIC AT ALL. So, if you're looking for a truly organic product, GO ELSEWHERE! DONT TRUST THEM AS APPARENTLY THEIR SERVICE IS AS BAD AS THEIR PRODUCTS!
I met a friend for lunch there yesterday and ordered the recommended soup and small sandwich. I had the potato leek soup and chicken salad on white bread. The soup tasted mostly of potato and the chicken salad portion was way too small for the little slices of bread. It was just okay. I had ordered a $7 small piece of carrot cake with lunch to take home for later and when I tried it, the frosting tasted totally artificial and didn’t taste of butter and cream cheese like they said when I called to ask if they knew what it was made of. It sat until the next day and the frosting didn’t change consistency or settle even though it sat on the counter. I tried to return it for a refund but was only allowed to an exchange out of three items of THEIR choosing. I would like to add that I have made plenty of homemade carrot cake with cream cheese frosting to know how it should taste and actually whipped some frosting up to give my husband a test of both and the look on his face confirmed what I thought as well. They just lost a customer.
Angelic made two cakes (one chocolate, one chocolate vegan and gluten free) for my son’s birthday. Everyone was so friendly and easy to work with, they offered suggestions on sizes and where to order toppers. I took a picture of the larger cake, both cakes were delicious! We can’t thank them enough!
I ordered cookies for a birthday party that were supposed to be individually wrapped for kids and adults to take home. They were not, the staff denied the fact that I had asked for them to be individually wrapped, and the owner never called me back to discuss. I will not use this bakery again.
I absolutely love this place! The coffee, desserts & breakfast croissants are out of this world. A must try! The owner is absolutely the kindest person ever. The ambiance is 5 stars as well as the outdoor seating. I used to love starting my mornings here but unfortunately one employee in particular gives off really chaotic energy and it has become nearly impossible to get my order correct. I can't even say my order without this person speaking over me. We all know who we're talking about here. Overall this place's mission is what entices me to come back and is why I will continue to support this small local business.
