It seems most of the staff at the mt.Dora location but the young lady ( I think zycariah her name was )that was working front counter on Sunday was very patient and sweet to the customers they did have to lock the doors early due to short staff when my husband and I walked in she was wiping tables down making sure they were clean and tried very hard to understand my husband (he does not speak very good English)And she was working 1-2 other Stations
The food is great but the service is very slow. If you come at a busy time be prepared to wait a good while at drive through. Inside is no better.
Usually my go to for quick food on the run. I definitely prefer Wendy’s over McDonalds or Burger King, but it’s no Five Guys. I went on a limb and decided to try their coffee for the first time. Barf! That was terrible! Won’t make that mistake again!
Make sure the cashier gives you your card back!!. There were 2 ladies on the drive thru window one was working the register the other was handing me my food. Once I received my food and I was about to drive off and she just closed the sliding window and didn't give me my card back or a receipt. I had to signal her that she never gave me my card back... Not coming back to this location.
It's is so disappointing when you come out of work and you don't want to cook. So you go fast food for the night. And you can choose any place. So I chose Wendy's and they gave me my food cold old. Come on man. If I wanted cold food I wouldn have gotten a sub. Quality check everything before it comes to the customer. And ask yourself would you give that to someone you know love or see in a daily basis. Such a lack of care. And quality. Take pride in what you serve. It makes a whole lot of difference .
February 15th 2022 my visit In the Drive-Thru Was nothing less than A five-star experience Two spicy chickens were so fresh The fries were just right with salt and steaming hot.Great job to todays employees!!!!
Poorly managed location, always gets the order wrong usually pretty gross. I had one redeemable burger there the other day.
Fast they do pickup so we just drove in and got the food. It's nice
Wanted to try new advertised french fries. Ordered large one, they were very good, warm and seasoned perfectly. However, it definitely was not large packed!! Got about 3/4 full!!
Usually they are really good, maybe too close to closing time. Burger was cold, cheese not even melted, but they did get the order right. Lol
