We honestly love Tijuana Flats but the only thing that gets me is for the second time we ordered a large queso instead of the regular and it’s served refrigerator cold….. if you get the regular queso it’s always hot??? What am I supposed to do with that? I ain’t got no microwave…. Other than that it’s always on point and we will continue to come back just will have to pay extra for 2 regular quesos so it’s hot next time.
We had their new Shrimp Bowl. It was delicious. Good portion and everything was fresh. It was our first time there so they brought us a try of tortilla chips and 3 dips. Staff was great. Would definitely go back.

Leaving a review here for this specific location because my DoorDash order probably came from here tonight. I want to stress Tijuana Flats regardless of the location has been excellent. It’s very easy to have 1 or 2 favorites from the menu cause they are damn good! My downfall the megawana (sp?) burrito and later the Bangin chicken burrito.Years of those 2 items! Took another step and tried the Garlc Shrimp bowl! Not disappointed so thought to add a review. I’m batting 1000 (baseball term) at this time with the restaurant. Throw in the killer hot sauces it’s a no brainer ?

The food at this location is consistently good - fresh, hot & tasty. Unfortunately, the service at this location is consistently bad! The sauce is bar is often dirty and in need of replenishment. The cashiers always seem like they’re being inconvenienced.
Our first visit to this location, and it had a very chill-axed ambiance. We were surprised that it was not packed, but found out we snuck in right after the dinner crowed. Very clean with polite employees and awesome food. Each location is differently themed, but the friendly staff and delicious food is always the same. This is our 7th TF location we've been to, and we hope to eventually visit the remaining 130 in our great state of FL! #GOKNIGHTS!
My kids and I go here every tuesday and we love it so much!!! Not only is their food delicious but their staff is outstanding as well. My battery was dead and the manager Cliff I believe his name was, helped me. He had to drive his truck onto the road and pull it up against all the bushes. I was blown away at his kindness and so happy that my kids and I go here.If you want great food and even more amazing service and friendliness, this is your spot!!
The ambiance of the restaurant was colorful. The food is good enough. I never get satisfied in their flavor whether burritos, taco, or salad. It’s just okay.
This place has been really going downhill but today was ridiculously bad. There has been no ice here for a week and the drinks aren't cold. They could bring ice in at this point but just let people order warm drinks without telling them. Today there were very few customers and I waited 40 minutes to get the sloppiest nachos I've ever seen. Half of the toppings were on the tray itself and the other half were huddled on three chips. The whole thing looked like it had been dropped. It was also cold. A man who ordered his food 20 minutes after me had his food come out at the same time. I used to come here for the consistency but there is none of that anymore. Oh and the water tastes like dishwater. Stay away because there is nothing good here anymore
