Went on a Saturday night.The drive-thru line which was the only way to order was wrapping around the building. I figured it might be busy. My 3 Star rating is because of pure carelessness.I was asked if I would like any sauce at the order menu screen. Ordered hot and fire sauce.Once finally get to pick up window, I waited for about 3 minutes for my order. The gentleman at the window hands me my bag I say is the sauce in the bag he smiled and said yes without hesitation. And I pulled off trying to help out with the line situation in any way I could. I looked in the bag there was no sauce at all... no napkins and now the line is wrapped all the way around the building. That person was definitely in doubt. When in doubt check it out. Will save a lot of frustration.My second job at 15 yrs was Wendy's I know what it's like to work in fast food. It's no fun but it is a job
The staff that's there currently is great. Helpful, quick and as often as I eat there...has NOT messed up our order yet.
They always get my order right never had a bad time there before and they always give you a lot of cheese and personally that's all you need. Overall great service!
This places hours changes like the wind. Some days the inside is open, others is closed. I just don't understand. There are people who just cannot use the drive thru.There is one guy there (Ash) who is outstanding, best customer service around. I give him 5 stars!
Food was good and well prepared. The counter girl was a new employee and was working very hard. She checked with us a couple of times to make sure everything was good. She also was quick to clean the tables when a guest left.
They have great prices for quality food. The staff are very courteous. They got our food to us in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone searching for fast food at a great price.
We eat here a lot and they legit *always* forget the chips when you order chips and cheese. Always is not an exaggeration either. It. Happens. Every. Time. The past 4 times we’ve eaten there - no chips. After the 2nd time I started checking the bag and had to go back through the drive through or into the restaurant to get them.
Terrible. Missing items. Paid 90 cents extra for steak on burrito instead of ground beef. Got no meat. Tacos were so greasy when you picked them up . awfulevery thing fell out. Missing a taco and beans and cheese. Chips from chips and cheese were spilled in bottom of the bag. It was a terrible experience for $20.
the front end staff when I drove thru make it a very special experience because they are clear-listening and very cheerful ,positive and upbeat. that is a good thing in todays shabby work ethic. So go with the good. lots to find here.
I will eat here occasionally, but they took my salad off their menu. I loved their taco salad, and now they longer make it.
