I am driver for Grub Hub get to the Pizza Hut Mount Dora to pick up an order Thomas T. After waiting o er 5 monutes cause all the employees were just sitting down and not working just talking to each other. I took a picture if you would like to see what employees it was and then finally the girl comes up to take my order and advises the Grub hub app was shut diwn and they do not have the passwords to sign in to get the order only the manager does. Amazing what awful service. Then she advised she can make the order I would just have to wait and I said okay. Then she looks at the customers order and says she does not have cheese breadsticks and does not have pan pizza. Would not recommend. Also drivers decline these orders so you dont waste your gas or tine with this location.
I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni and extra cheese. The only thing that was extra was the sauce, so much it was unpleasant to eat. I paid for the extra cheese and pepperoni. Very disappointed the last 2 times we ordered this.
I ordered the boneless wings, pasta with meat sauce, a pepperoni pizza and cinnamon buns. Everything was great except for the pizza. I did not like it at all. Instead of saving the uneaten part I just threw it out. I have had pizza from here before that I had enjoyed, I just did not like the style of pizza. I like pan pizza, I like thin crust, this one was supposed to be hand tossed, but it did not taste like any pizza I had in the past.
The crust of the pan pizza was perfect, and it was delivery on time. The mozzarella cheese was too salty and when a pizza has a salty mozzarella means that you are using a very cheap and very low-quality mozzarella. The mozzarella cheese is very bland, it has practically no salt, of course the good quality one. The sauce has a strong oregano flavor. The order was a delivery.
A few days ago I had received my order way past the time for delivery. The very next day I received an email apology and a free large pizza as compensation. This time the order arrived slightly faster than promised. Everything was hot a tasted great! Thank you Pizza Hut for showing there is still customer service out there.
Ordered a LARGE with double mushrooms....delivered with 6 slices of mushroom on entire pizza.......called and spoke to mgr....was given a $20 store credit.Next order.....ordered medium pizza with extra sauce and a couple of toppings...........Received delivery with NO sauce! Was given $15 store credit!I DONT WANT YOUR STORE CREDIT!!!!You obviously can't make pizzas correctly......why would I want another f'd up pizza????
We called in an order and specifically asked if they were delivering to our address again. They called about 30 minutes later to say they don't deliver to our road. So we had to drive to pi k up our order which was cold by time we got it home.
Our family has been ordering from Mount Dora location for almost 9 years, always friendly staff and awesome delivery drivers, pizza & wings are super hot and delicious ? thank you guys for working hard, our family appreciates every bite!
Good experience with the online ordering system. The last time I ordered it was a bad experience. The food was hot and well made. Loved it! I will be ordering from this store again.
