Friendly when you walk in. Went for lunch at 12:00. Teriyaki chicken not prepared and super greens not prepared. Out of both. Was told 2 minutes. Paid for my food and took a seat. I asked them politely not to forget me. After a while I see them dipping super greens and chicken for other people in line. My order has not been dipped or brought out. Not a huge deal. I go back to the register and inquired. They quickly prepared it and then as I was walking back to sit down, I hear the cashier yell for me that my food is ready, instead of walking it out to me. Asked for the heated teriyaki sauce or plum sauce. They no longer serve that. Food tasted good and was hot. So, nothing terrible, but when they tell you to step down, pay and have a seat, I will not do that next time. Food should be stocked at lunch hour for the amount of staff behind the counter.

Definitely spend your money at a real Chinese restaurant. Ordered a family meal that was over 30 dollars was told to pull around and it would be brought to me. After waiting over 20 minutes I walked in and seen that the guy had forgot about me and he immediately started to make my order it took him 5 min to make and was told I wasn’t forgotten about which it was apparent that I was was given no sauce had to ask again and for a family meal got given 4 soy sauces and 4 sweet and sour sauces. Definitely not impressed and will definitely spend my money elsewhere next time. China 8 in in the next plaza over and has bigger portions and is faster that this place. Definitely go to china 8 in the next plaza over.

Did not enjoy the food here. ?all veggies were very tough and limp and the beef was chewy and tough. Ive been to other locations and enjoyed the food. This location does not measure up. Sanford location is the best. The village location falls short as well.

The Fried Rice needz some help with taste, veggiez and consistency but the Chicken Eggroll and Beijing Beef iz tasty. Quick service.

First time having Panda Express in years. Pulled up to the drive thru. They were out of two items of their very limited selection.I ended up with ordering two kinds of rice because they did not have my vegetable side dish choice in stock. I arrived midday, so it was odd that they were out of items so early in the day. They must have had an overage of chow mein, because they asked 3 times if I wanted any of that. The fried rice left much to be desired. It was bland and boring. They threw a couple of frozen peas and carrots and some color in it and called it fried rice. However, the chicken and string beans and mushroom chicken were good. The service was friendly and my order came out correctly. When they asked if I wanted sauce, I asked for duck sauce, a Chinese staple, which they didn't have. They offered sweet and sour instead.Would I come here again? Yeah, in a pinch. It's on par with the rest of the Chinese food in the area, although it lacks the variety.

My boyfriend and I have been every week since the dining room opened. Other than the long, slow line, we've had good food and friendly service on each visit. Tonight, however, was a total train wreck. They definitely weren't prepared for the dinner rush. They didn't appear to be short staffed so I have no idea why they couldn't keep up. They kept running out of everything -- once they filled up one item, they ran out of something else. We paid for our food and 25 minutes later we were still waiting. I specifically asked for fresh shrimp -- there were a few old ones left in the pan -- and they ended up serving me the old ones. They brought out a fresh pan after handing us our order. My boyfriend also had to order a different entree because they had yet to refill the beef and broccoli, after already having waited 25 minutes. If they can't keep up with the more popular items, they should eliminate the items that are rarely sold.I'm sure my boyfriend will insist on his weekly visit next week, so I hope they can figure out how to keep up with the demand. The staff is very nice, even when it's super busy.

Rate 3.5. Nice variety of chicken, vegetables. Walnut shrimp is good. Fried rice usually better than lo mein. Service is quick. Generous portions. What makes the difference is how fresh the dish is. If you are served the remainder or bottom of bowl the food can be cold. You're lucky if they serve you food right from the stove, a big fresh steaming bowl! It's better than most fast food places. Tasty way to eat your broccoli!Recommend and will return.

I came here today after going to Epic theaters right around the corner. I had tried to come last Sunday, but the line was wrapped all the way around the building and out into the parking lot! Today, there was only one car in front of mine. The woman taking my order was so friendly, and answered my questions with ease. She let me know that there might be a little bit of a wait on the Orange chicken, which I was fine with. Once at the window, the guy took the payment and was very nice. I got my food home, and omg. It is SO good! I can see why Panda stays so busy. I got the big plate, which is 3 orders of meat and a side. I picked orange chicken and chow mein. The food is full of flavor! It's a perfect balance of sweet, little bit of spice, a little acidic and absolutely delicious. I even got a piece of chicken that looks like a heart ❤️. I also got 2 orders of the cream cheese Rangoon, which was also good. I am so glad that we finally have a Panda express here in town, and glad I got to try it today. They put quite a few sauces in the bag, forks, fortune cookies, so you don't even have to ask for anything. It's already there. Love this place and I'll definitely be back!

I must say this is the best Americanized version of Chinese food. Although the food lacks some umami aspect, this food is up to par compared to other local Chinese shops. The menu is quite small but it catches a good scope of main dishes. I would recommend the broccoli beef and walnut shrimp. The orange chicken is good but it’s something that’s available almost everywhere and has the same taste everywhere. Also the people there are hardworking and seem to know the correct techniques of cooking the food properly. The only complain is the wait time but I guess you can’t rush good quality food.

well. The ratings and reviews are a perfect 5. Cool. But it aint even opened yet. I'd think the ratings would be withheld till then. This is how companies fluff their ratings?I greatly look forward to having a non-strip-mall Chinese place in town. Hurry up and open!Update:Since they finally opened we've been here about 5 times already. Unfortunately the last time they didn't try at all. gave us all scraps of whatever they had.
