What can I say it's McDonald's lol dining room was clean that's why I vae them 2 stars everything else was worst then school lunches in the 3rd grade poor service bunch of kids playing on cell phones with middle school drama behind the counter even joined by the management so who can you complain to when your order is wrong 3 times plus cold fries burger with cheese not melted and a apple juice that was fermented thank God I didn't order the juice for a child SMH seriously disgusted with this place what ever happened to taking pride in your work

Waited 15 min to get a cup for soda and these dip wads want $15 an hour to stand around with their thumb up their butts no thank you.
Food was HOT and tasted GREAT all though they forgot my wife's milkshake :(
The employees here have been hit and miss. Some days you would get good ones, some days you would get the ones you want to see them outside. Until recently... Ebony is always very nice and polite, and goes above and beyond every time we visit. She's a great asset to your company and we thought you should know

It's McDonalds- what did you expect- Over priced fast food like any other McDonalds- I actually haven't been to a Mc D's in years- There are SO SO many better real food restaurants in the area that offer real meals for the same or cheaper prices.
McDonald's is raising their prices constantly at a exceptionally high percentage. I think they're McNuts. The greedy McBastards have definitely lost me as a customer. Do yourself a favor and go to Burger King where the prices are still reasonable and the burgers are 10 times better than McGreedy's.?
The African American lady at the register this morning at McDonalds Stony Brook was very friendly and professional. Wouldn't change her for the world!
Worst customer service experience I have ever had, missing item from order and no adequate solution. Manager did not help.
