This place is always so slow. I'm the drive thru right now and from ordering to getting food seems to average about 20 minutes. We're just barely moving. A sit down restaurant would be faster. It has been 8 minutes since the last car left the pickup window. Two more to go, so all told should have taken about 35 minutes to get my food, starting with five cars in front of me.
Ordered two drinks through mobile app. Instead of getting me out they fixed a huge Order with like 10 drinks before mine made me wait and didn't even fill up the dang small smoothie...wow! Youd think they would since I was just sitting in drive thru watching the girl make 10 different drinks for the people BEHIND me...I won't be returning to this location....
Ordered a New Crispy Chicken Biscuit and it was a mistake! The Chicken has a pickle taste or smell. It wasn’t good. Stop trying to duplicate Popeyes Chicken!
Quickest drive threw I ever been threw we ordered 2 sodas but they only charged us for one and because it was their mistake they gave us the other one on the house which was very nice of them
They don’t serve breakfast the normal hours. Most Mc Donald’s serve until 11am. Who know how early this one stops.
The burgers and french fries were not hot. On the good side at least you could eat inside and you placed your order and it was brought to your table. The person taking the order was very helpful and courteous. On those three I would give five stars.
I rarely get fast food as it's more of a treat when I have the money and the craving, but I've found myself at this McDonald's location a couple times in recent days. The location is decent enough, the only downside is I can see it being a little confusing if the shopping plaza it shares may become busy.Food is always spot on even with long lines, and the lines have always moved relatively fast. I've waited less at this McDonald's during busy times than others.The dual drive thru ordering system is a great addition, though at late night they funnel traffic just to the one.The staff here are always helpful and polite. The one time I had missed an item in my bag, they were quick to make it right and it didn't seem a bother at all to do so. It made me feel like a valued customer.While I don't expect every trip to a McDonald's to be better than mundane, the couple of times I have had the opportunity to get food here has been a good overall experience.
Jacklyn was at the register and did a great job compared to other times going to that restaurant. I hope that she is my order taker the next time I go in there.

Will be a McDonald's you kind of have a standard that you expect that assumes to be what it has been for years one of the things I have to say is I order two sandwiches that I've had many times and the sandwiches were much smaller and they weren't any cheaper two sandwiches and ice tea was 9 bucks.Although at the time it was a matter of convenience I believe that I will have my breakfast someplace real sit-down spend the same money and have better service
