The owner, Rich and his family have been running this place for years. They're a Mount Dora staple. You're blowing it off ya don't try one of their hand tossed pizzas. Cool place to hang out. Tvs, full bar and a fun staff

We had stopped here before continuing on our way for breakfast. It started with my hubs ordering an omelet with another meat in it. I ordered eggs and bacon with tomato slices and hash browns. The meat substitution apparently threw them off because they double checked with him on the accuracy of the order. 45 minutes later, the server apologized that the omelet was made wrong and they were redoing it, but my food was ready. They bring out our food at the same time even though I said to bring mine out first while they were redoing the omelet. His omelet was hot my eggs were cold, the bacon was burnt to a crisp, the hash browns were cold and so hard they were not edible and the tomatoes tasted like cardboard. Normally, I wouldn't sent it back, but I had already waited nearly an hour and I was not sure that it would have made a difference.
Mt Dora is full of great places to eat. The Lake House Bar and Grill has the best hamburgers hands down. Their blue cheese burger was amazing and cooked the way I requested. Crystal, my waitress, was very helpful and got the order served without delay. They have a great outdoor eating area that had plenty of shade. If you are in Mt Dora do not miss out on the best burgers in town.
Great little gem of a restaurant. Pam was our server for breakfast. Very personable, kind, funny and informative. We like the service and food so much, we came back the next day. This was our first time in Mount Dora and first time at this restaurant. Highly recommended.
Stopped for lunch today. All four of us were very satisfied with our food and our service. Thanks Pam. One of the best Philly cheese steaks I have had in quite a while
Cool little sports bar that was much more! They had 2 for 1’s, a great menu, tv’s with a variety of programs running, & fast & friendly service from staff. Have to shout out to waitress Kailey - she was a 10+
This place is probably the only place that carried the NFL ticket in the vicinity of and in Historic Downtown Mount Dora. Very thankful for that - with great wait staff and great pizza and wings - with a full bar - where there are televisions that can be seen theu out the establishment. Definitely an option in Historic Mount Dora to watch football games.
I was pleasantly surprised when I dropped into Lake House for a beer and to watch the game. Not only do they have awesome beer specials and bar food but the bartender also made up som delicious cocktails. I highly recommend this one (she made up on the spot) of Crown Apple and Baileys Apple Pie. Fast and friendly service too!
