ABSOLUTELY DIVINE. Service was impeccable. Ryan provided top notch service. You must have the onion soup. Also, the sangria, habanero margarita and blueberry mojito. The entire meal exceeded our expectations. We will return.
I treated myself to a nice dinner at Goblin Market. it was absolutely delicious. I started with a pistachio rose flip cocktail, the garden salad with the strawberry vinaigrette, main course was the market fish with a fabulous sauce and I finished with the flour less chocolate torte. I highly recommend all. the atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff is very friendly. Great treat ❤️
Very good service and food. The atmosphere is very chill too!!
A charming and almost magical place "hidden" in a Mt Dora alleyway. The interior bridges across what I assume were originally two separate buildings, giving a Tardis-like illusion of being "bigger on the inside than the outside." The interior dining spaces are full of curiosities and hidden surprises, and even the music has a touch of whimsy to it - light jazz covers of old pop songs ("Was that really 'Groove is in the Heart' by Deee-Lite?"). There's also a tiny outdoor "walled garden" patio area if you get there early enough for a spot and the weather cooperates. But also the FOOD! They have the *best* crab bisque, amazing burgers, and I have never been disappointed by trying the day's special. We've come back expressly for the dill salmon and that bisque. For me, this place is a must-see when visiting Mount Dora.
Very unusual but intriguing surroundings matched by first class catering. They get very busy - which is a recommendation in itself - don't be impatient, it is worth waiting for.
This restaurant is on the high-end for prices but defnitely worth every penny. The food (portion, presentation, flavor), the ambience & the service. Our server, Mike, was attentive & profesional. We sat upstairs & I was glad I had my sweater with me (a bit chilly). I had the blueberry sangria (sweet & delicious). My sweetie & I each had the Irish Whiskey onion soup (mine was w/o the croutons). Yummy. My sweetie had the quiche (a special) & I had the chicken breast with Swiss cheese & a mango relish (or salsa) on top (also a special). I had it w/o the Brioche Bun & added a side salad instead. Delicious. Small bar upstairs by the restroom. This place was a recommendation from "Robin" our tour guide on the Rusty Anchor boat tours. So glad we listened & checked it out. No military discount, though.
Great service by all, especially our waiter/bartender Paul. We had lunch in the second floor bar at one of the two high tops. We had the Irish burgers, substituting the beer-battered fries with side salads. The drink menu is frequently updated, today I had the blueberry coconut mojito- highly recommend. The desserts are huge, big enough to share.
We had lunch here this week and it was delicious- we chose the Cobb salad and the salmon. Well prepared, fresh, healthy and generous portions. All staff were friendly and attentive. Altogether a delightful experience. If you're visiting Mount Dora, this is a must try- this is the place the locals go when they want an excellent meal in a nice atmosphere. We highly recommend it!
Pretty good food as we’ve eaten here several times. However we will never return due to how we were treated trying to make a reservation recently. The management is rude, no customer service, and they simply don’t care. We’ll never return.
One of the best dinners I have had in a long time. The french onion soup and crab bisque were unbelievable. Our server, Tony, was fantastic. I highly suggest the rib eye, Pittsburgh charred.
