Edited my review to 3 stars from 5.Lately, I feel like they just haven’t been on top of things. The last couple times I came in, there were no forks or spoons available so we had to ask.The last 3 times I got a pickup order, my food wasn’t ready until about 15 min after the pickup time.Food is good, but the service/times is lacking lately.
The staff was pleasant. They took the order and repeated it back to customer. It was found out that they did not have rice with lime nor certain types of meat. When the order was given to the customer, they completely did not receive the side order of chips and queso. We were disappointed that the staff, with barely any business at that time, could not complete one order.
Ordered a kids quesadilla and 2 bowls with guacamole. The kids meal was the worst.... they literally gave us two tortillas with nothing in them, and forgot the fruit it was supposed to come with.They also forgot our guacamole and the food was cold when we got it.Everytime we order it's something wrong with our order. Chipotle is really going down hill.
Great food as all Chipotle’s but unbelievably poorly managed. I started ordering online to avoid the circus and they can’t even get that right. I had to wait 10 minutes! They hadn’t even started my order which was placed 30 minutes earlier when I arrived to pick up my food. The last time I waited in line there it wasn’t super busy and it took 30 minutes to finally get my food. Absolutely ridiculous. The girl that makes the food is fast and unbelievably patient. It boils down to no leadership. This location needs a new manager immediately or like others I will not be back.
Very friendly and very generous location. The servers were great at adding heaping spoonfuls of fresh ingredients (won’t be able to finish in one sitting). The manager Diana and cashier Jeannine were especially kind in fixing an app promo…they made my birthday! This is a place I will definitely will visit again:)
I’m stuck at home in bed with COVID. I ordered 2 meals to be delivered. I ordered double meat. Received none in my meal. As you can see. I tried calling the store. They directed me to the email. I then had to “Chat with pepper”. No refund. I get an entree “on them”. A generic entree. Didn’t even cover the $19.30 I actually paid for my meal. On top of the delivery fee and tip. Will never order there again
I love chipotles food but their online service leaves a lot to be desired. I order online so that I can get in and get out quickly due to health concerns. When placing my order I am allowed to pick the time I want my order to be ready and it is never ready when they say it will be. I’ve had to wait as long as 40 minutes for my food while they served people who came in long after I came in for my pick up. I ended up being at the restaurant longer than if I had just gone through the line myself. When I questioned the girl about why people were being served that came in after my order was due she said that’s just how we do things. I understand that they can get busy and behind But this happens every time I place an online order. Why assign a specified time to pick up an order if they’re not even going to try to honor it.
Food was excellent. The help was another story. The young man putting the toppings on was so worried about what the guy that starts the bowls was doing had the line backed way up. He was going from employee to employee talking about the other guy instead of working. He was very rude to the guy and it was very uncomfortable to witness. From what I could see the starter was on top of things and the other just had a problem with him. Guy has no business working in front of the public.
I ordered a steak lifestyle bowl on the app and when I got home I figured out that they didn’t even put my steak in it, I usually don’t have a problem here so if someone would like to resolve the problem it would be great.
Went into the restaurant and ordered Burrito Bowls to go. We could hardly eat them because the rice was way undercooked and hard! Very disappointing Chipotle! Plus chips were extremely stale, don’t waste your money at this location.
