I hate writing bad reviews " This I Can't Let Happen To Anyone Else" I can't believe what I was handed out the drive thru window of this location. I have never ever had one single bad comment to say about any Chick-fil-A, But it is what it is the Truth. Chick-Fil-A after being great for so dang long. Its time for change starting today. Your employees service inside the pack window came up short. And your Manager Karen Or Caren needs her status dropped down. I have a business and I dare one of my employees to have that so what audited when talking to a customer. If I wanted bad service Popeyes is right down the street from me home. This i don't understand, this bag had to be touched more then 3 time. I'm not at all about this matter, Is this the service we supposed to expect now with a employee raise increase at $15 per hour. If I wanted bad service Popeyes is right around the corner from my location. Now with this happening Chick-Fil-A, You guys need to start working 7 days a week until they guy get your employees back in shape.
I ordered dinner and ate it dine in. I walked to the register to order goodies to go at 855. They took care of one customer in that time because of an upgrade charge. Anyway, a trainee came up to the register and told me that it was 9pm and that I could not order anything I side. Poor poor customer service folks. I was waiting in line and the cashier changed twice. She said so sorry. Well, I haven't been to here for more than a year and I guess I won't be back for at least another year. Have some manners and take care of those waiting in line. There was another guy behind me. He had been waiting since 855 too. Either open another register or service those in line before 9.
I ordered a spicy chicken meal with a sweet tea. My order was taken very quickly and accurately. I moved through the line in less than 2 minutes. And this was lunch hour. The chicken spicy chicken sandwich was very well spicy and it was good but I did not care for the waffle fries. They seemed a little bland to me. The sweet tea was super fresh and good.
Inside dining is now open again!! The play area is permanently closed. I overheard they will be remodeling. The best of the best.
I have scrolled through the reviews & realized that I was not the only person in the last year who has had problems with employees from this location. They are rude, demeaning and lie. I have complained to corporate & instead of them reaching out to rectify the situation or even give someone a decent moment to speak about an experience. The managing staff & owner ignore and are completely rude to customers. I went through the drive thru in January, the employee was at my window and asked me my name 3 times, I repeated myself 3 times. She then asked me my order, I gave her my order and what happens.. she asked me to repeat it 3 times. By the 3rd time Iam truly frustrated and am thinking she is trying to be petty I raise my tone and repeat my same order as I had the 2 times before. She then states that she wasn't going to take my order. I stated I'd order through the window she said no you won't order at all. Gets on radio and tells someone to not take my order. I get to the window and the manager refuses to take my order. I try to explain the situation, they then say that she stated I just yelled at her for no reason and told me to come back another day. I come back 3 times after that no problem. The 4th time they take my order tell me to pull up and I wait 15 minutes for my food. The manager comes out and states Iam banned from ordering and as a courtesy they will give me the food I already paid for. I asked why and they stated the woman said I cussed her out and they do not allow that. I called corporate of course. Which they tell me to call every week until I get a response. It wasn't until corporate decided to push my complaint to a corporate manger that the owner finally reached out to me 3 months later. He stated through email to cease contacting corporate bc they don't have any basis on the decision and that I was verbally abusive and physically threatening. Which is confusing as I do not know how you can come to that conclusion from what transpired. This location obviously trains its employees to be rude and demeaning to customers and if you have a complaint they will not respond to anything unless it's positive. Scroll through the reviews. The owner only responds to positive reviews and does not care about true reviews or problems that happen in his establishment. Customers are not expendable and we should be treated as people.
Great food that lives up to the Chick Fil A standard. Prices weren't high and the wait wasn't long. App worked well for curbside pickup. All was well!!
Usually you can not get close to this place. They have put in plenty of lanes to accommodate a lot of people. There was also a lot of people working there. Got hot food very quickly. I couldn't believe how fast.
Overcharged. Charged for a free sandwich. Placed order on app asked the 1st girl if it was free, she said yes. I asked again if I was being charged for a free sandwich to the girl who takes the money in the drive thru line, she said no you are not. Checked account while in line, I was charged. The woman at the pick up window gave me a cash refund. Seems like only 1 of the 3 girls knew how to process a simple order.
I know I’m not the only one having to deal with the hard bread of chicken minis. You can literally see me squeezing the bread and it doesn’t break, it’s just that hard! This isn’t the first time, second or third time this has happened. Don’t judge me for continuing to go because I’m pregnant and love their chicken minis but today was it for me ?
Our favorite fast food place! Always hot, good and our order has not been wrong, yet.
