Service was good but not friendly. I got fish and chips, the fish was no different from frozen breaded filets from the grocery store, but they were fried into oblivion. Fries were ok, and the coleslaw was basically just chopped cabbage. There was no dressing at all, just cabbage. Very strange. I know they're under new ownership, but owning a place and MANAGING a place are two different things. I wish them luck, first and last visit.
Went for dinner here. Walked in it took the three waitresses to even acknowledge that we were there. They did everything like walk into the bathroom, walked in and out of the kitchen, walked right past us, so they didn't have to wait on us. Once we did order the chicken tortilla soup was very good and their chef salad was huge and well worth the $13.99.
The waitress we had was absolutely lovely, however.. from the buffalo chicken sandwich to the wings to the kids chicken tenders were all raw. The wings had multiple blood spots, the buffalo chicken sandwich was not only half raw but a horrible texture. You'd think with how much they charge they'd use better chicken. The only edible food was the fries. They took the wings off and the bill was still 30$. I'd go anywhere in the world before I came back here.
I love this place. We call it BoB's because of how frequently we dine in, order for pickup, and get delivery. My favorite is the burger. Monday's is 9.99 for the burger. The sirloin steak is pretty good also. I'm sad that they stopped doing the Friday Surf and Turf Steak and Shrimp for 12.99. I used to go every Monday and Friday.
Would never recommend this place due to rude/ ignorant bar keep/ manager named Louis. This manager should take a class on sensitivity or maybe a class to cover proper manners. It is never appropriate to judge someone on their looks even if that someone is an employee. Treat humans in your restaurant the way you want to be treated or don't be in that line of work .
20 minutes late pickup order in what was an essentially empty restaurant for barely sauced, burnt wings and soggy, unseasoned fries. No dipping sauce, no extra sauce. $20 for this? What an absolute joke. You can get far better quality for cheaper at any of the local restaurants. I won't be going back.
Beef's was great. Their combo appetizer is delicious with chicken tenders, onion rings, mozzarella sticks and a cheese quesadilla and four dipping sauces. My son got the boom boom shrimp and really liked it. Their burgers are great too.
Service great. Not too crowded. Burgers are good. Kids meals has mac & cheese..zucchini is so good. Tvs everywhere..
Gave it another try because of new ownership. Food and service is just as bad. Wings are soggy (ordered extra extra crispy), ordered extra x2 jalapeños on the nachos, only got 10. On the chef salad ordered extra x2 cucumbers and tomatoes and got the normal amount. Tried to call about the wings and the girl on the phone made excuses and had an attitude like she could care less. Won't be ordering from here again, guess we will drive further to Gators for my pregnancy cravings.
Had dinner here the other night. We loved our food. It was VERY flavorful. The waitress was new we think, but doing her best and learning, so no complaints about the slower than usual service. The beer was cold and the food was hot & fresh.
