Customer service is very sh*ty. They never answer the phone and just don’t wanna take any business or orders. Drove across town to this location just to get get refused by the cashier on taking a order because she had better things to do. Do not eat or visit here
If i could give them LESS THAN 1 STAR i would! this is the absolute worst wingstop you can ever order from, always miss things in your order, don't answer the phones, the doordash orders are an absolute mess! if corporate is seeing this for Gods sake do something about this and stop letting these people run your business to the ground like this!
Total trash. If you order all drums they would just cancel your order and not even issue a refund. Happened to me twice and had to call multiple times to get my money back. Avoid this one and drive to the one on taft street. Amazing service over there.
Good Food but the service is trash. While I can tell that they are slammed. There’s only 3 workers working at the time as I can see. 2 workers walked outside to talk to some man and left customers waiting to order. This is not acceptable. Ive been coming to this wingstop for years and can definitely tell the new management is horrible ! Letting people order without telling them they have to wait a hour. Do better.
Worst wingstop ever. Ordered my food online and when I got there the manager told everyone it was an hour long wait for everyone and told us whoever didn’t like it could leave. Super uncalled for. Needs better service 100%. I never leaves reviews but this was too much. Had to be a Karen and leave a comment lol.
Horrible spot for Wingstop! Giving out orders to the wrong person. Overdue on my order. Contacting corporate ASAP. Miami Beach location was so much better. FYI the girl working there during the afternoon didn't give AF and stayed on her phone while I'm trying to retrieve my order. Like I said I'm reporting to corporate.
The worst costumer service EVER!!! The children who work in there have no manner nor do they care about the customers or customer service. I’m surprised this location is still open. Don’t wast your time. They never answer the phone anyway. Go to the one on 411. They are the best!
This place is horrible!!! I placed a order around 8pm online and my order supposed to be ready at 8:29pm .I started getting mad when I started seeing people come inside place a order and leave before me . It’s very unorganized the manager basically doesn’t care what his employees are doing and orders are basically ready and the cashier don’t even check when there’s people waiting. At that point I wanted a refund but they was having errors doing that. I didn’t get my food until 9:52pm . If you don’t want your time wasted don’t go to this place . I’m not going here no more I’m good off that Wingstop.
This has always been the worse location to order from… It’ll be your lucky day if you get your food and you have hot fresh fries and we’ll cooked chicken! I have no idea who owns this location but they need to seriously reevaluate their employees because I hate having to drive 10-15 miles away when there’s a wingstop right down my block!!
Greasy chicken and greasy fries sums it up.I've been to other restaurants that serve fresh cut frys and theirs are not greasy at all. I hope this was a one off episode but if they don't clean up their act they will lose business.
