Great service and the manager Andrea was very helpful like always… I’ll definitely be returning back to this location… And the staff was very nice as well. Great experience
Definitely worth a visit. The person working the drive thru was very polite and professional. He seemed like genuinely nice person. His name is Greg. The food was hot and freshly made. The fries were also hot and fresh. It was a quick stop on a trip down to Miami with hungry kids in the car.I'll definitely pass by again soon. This was probably one of the best experiences I have had at a Wendy's.
Worst Wendy's experience ever. While we were picking up the food someone was yelling at the staff that they still had food to cook. Guess they weren't paying attention. I ordered a Cesar Parmesan salad and got nasty charred chicken that was inedible and the lettuce was wilted. We ordered some cheeseburgers that were cold and with a strange taste. I threw out the entire meal. What is going on with Wendy's in the Miramar/Pembroke Pines area? The one on Pines and 173rd has a super long wait. The one on Pines by the Walmart doesn't pay attention and when you get up to the window you have to place the order again to some very rude employees who are laughing the whole time. This is the last time. Will not be returning.
This is a much larger Wendy’s than most. Plenty of seating and they have the new soda machines with a vast variety of Coke products, including Mello Yellow. Service was a little slow, as with most fast food joints they favored the drive thru customers. Food was hot and the response to requests was courteous. This is the best Wendy’s in the Doral area.
Not the type to review a Wendy's, but this one deserves it. Staff was so nice i was pleasantly surprised. Food was hot and fresh.
Food is prepared well, never had an issue regarding food quality, but sometimes the workers can be a little bit unprofessional.
Terrible service. First and last time here. I placed a small order and went around to pay, not a very good attitude to start with but it got worse when I asked if they had Apple Pay. I apologized and said have a nice day. She looked at me said nothing and yelled to the back and slammed the glass and started banging it as I drove off.
I went and got all 5 bake potatoes. Yummy
Some of the employees had no gloves nor a uniform on. Additional no one had their head covered. It looked more like a prison kitchen then a established business. I will never go back again.
First thing in the morning we go to Wendy’s to have lunch and I encounter with the nastiest person that I have ever deal with as a morning manager said the lobby was closed and treated us really bad and told us to get out this is not the way to treat someone must be one of the worse Wendy’s I’ve ever been moving on and going to McDonald’s
