Horrendous customer service on drive thru. They speak while on mic and giggling. AND you always have something missing in one's order. Get new personal!
food was hot and fresh. spicy chicken sandwich can't go wrong.
The lines are always long. The cashier was very friendly. I was parked for my order but my food was fresh. Plenty of condiments and napkins. I was satisfied.
Waited 20 minutes for someone to take order and another 10 for food. Not enough employees... sad..

Wrong order, disorganized, unpleasant order taker. The Bourbon burger after a couple of bites smelled bad. Made me sick.
Manager was being rude to her employee. Didn't quite understand why manager was sooo angry. Not a good place to eat. Rude atmosphere! Long drive thru lines, and too much attitude to deal with!
It wasn't the very slow service that bothered me. It was being unable to eat inside without flies everywhere.
This place was very unorganized and not prepared for the incoming people. The food was good but they forgot one of my sandwiches and there was no ice in the soda machine.
