Ordered and they gave me cold croquettas, went to back let them know and the MANAGER Jenelly tired to explain to me that's how they prepare them. Cold out the fryer and the heat lamp cooks them to temp. Telling me it is normal to give customers cold croquetas and treating me as if I'm CRAZY! Got a refund and they lost my business for good.I paid my way through school working at a Cuban restaurant. I can assure you when a customer orders croquettas and you fry to order, (even frozen) they can come out the fryer hot without burning them like she insisted. Never heard of a Cuban restaurant serving cold croquettas like it's a normal thing... ?

The staff is always friendly, the location is clean and all their items are made fresh and taste delicious.I can’t come to Miami without visiting Vicky Bakery for some delicious Pastelitos, Sandwiches and Croquetas to bring home to Orlando. Once my family knows I am here they call me and place their orders, so I end up bringing home more than one box.The staff is always very nice and patient with me, they pack each pastelito order in separate boxes and they label each box for me.This trip I ordered a variety of pastelitos (beef, cheese, guava, guava and cheese) and an order of 25 mini ham croquetas. Yummy!I have also eaten Pan con Bistec sandwich and Croqueta Preparada Sándwich, both these sandwiches were made fresh and were delicious. Another thing I love that they have is freshly squeezed Orange Juice.I wish they had a location up here in Orlando, but until that happens I will continue to visit this location when I am in town and I will bring the food home with me.

It's super good I love the cakes though some are expensive ? but I understand it's alot of time to make those cakes otherwise it's an amazing ? bakery I would love to come again !

It's possible I chose poorly for dinner today and really wasn't in the mood for a sandwich, but my Cuban Sandwich was uninspiring. I don't expect every meal to be a blissful experience, but I was craving something more like comfort food. I usually like Vicki's, but today I should have chosen something else. The coffee was good.

Very disappointed, when they open this store everything was fresh and delicious. Later they started to decrease the quality and I stop to visit. Recently I give them another chance but basically the same . All pastellitos are not fresh. No more chances, no wonder is not full anymore.

not a good experience here, we placed an order for a cake with the simple request of a design that was some starts around the cake. We spent time specifying the order and even screen shot the image to the baker. When we picked it up some days later, it was plain blue, no stars. it was an ordeal to get a partial refund, go somewhere else.

no- after I found a cockroach leg in my food...never again!

Fresh breakfast and baked goods served daily. Busy atmosphere but good eats

Hands-down the best Cuban food in town, and the best Colada, it will make your best day ever

Vicky Bakery has been my go-to for the last couple of days for the special breakfast for $5.99 that includes eggs with ham, bacon or chorizo, fries, toast, and a coffee. I usually order online to avoid the wait. And I love the fact that my coffee is still warm by the time I come and pick it up. There's always a crowd here but they manage it and everybody leaves satisfied. The food is a great value. The pastries look amazing but have yet to try them.
