I ordered food from her and they give me somebody else plate the food was nasty.. when I called about my order they told me to come live it up.. they looking at me with a attitude. They rude as hell. And I paid 14 dollars for my food yesterday and they give me little bit of conch that’s not worth it. This is all they give me.
3rd visit to this location. I ordered Red Velvet Waffles (not a waffle mix- cake like texture) and wings. There was only 4 wings yet they entree was $16.99. I added a side of greens, there was absolutely ONE piece of turkey meat, I paid an additional $7. If the line at Sundays wasn’t wrapped around the corner, would’ve gone there instead.
I'm done! Gave this place another shot 4my grandson's 8th grade graduation. We were a party of6 4lunch so, we got 2tables across from 1another. There isn't a table for6. Shame. The floor wasn't sticky this time but 1of our tables wobbled. Idk if it's the same1 from my 2019 post. Shame. FYI, there's no lunch section in the menu. Just apps & dinners. Shame. Sis ordered fried conch 4an app which comes w/a lobster & conch sauce. Delish w/sauce & w/o! Not 2chewy. Yum. Even my grandson liked it & he doesn't like seafood! Her meal was a big bust tho. Shame. Read on. Hubby ordered fried chicken & waffles. Yum 2both but, 1) why only wings (4)? No thighs, legs or breasts? and 2) why ONLY red velvet waffles? No buttermilk, nut or banana? Shame. Both the grandson & nephew had chicken alfredo. I'd never seen anything like it b4. It had bell peppers & onions in it. Who does that?! &, it looked like soup! Could it b 'cuz onions & peppers are water based!? Hmm. Both said it was tasty enuf tho. Perhaps it should b listed in the soup section of the menu. Shame. The niece got the chicken quesadilla. It had plenty of green & red bell peppers & onions, some broccoli & a spot of cheese in 1 or 2areas. There was NO cheesy string pull @ all. Wut kind of quesadilla is that? Shame. As per a TV ad, I was going 2order the lobster mac & chz. Our server said same wasn't available at that location even though it's on the cover of the menu! Shame. My niece looked up my prior Trip Advisor post & reminded me that the mac & chz tasted mustardy. Shame. Then, I was gonna get chicken & waffles but they only have red velvet! Shame. So, I ordered fried shrimp w/veggie rice & broccoli w/chz. Gr8 choice & yum even tho no tartar sauce! After bringing 5of our 6meals, we didn't c her 4a long while so, no tartar. Shame. Back 2Sis. She ordered the NY strip w/collards & sweet potato, which showed up after 3of us were done. The steak was COVERED in, u guessed it, green bell peppers & onions. Sis hates green bell peppers. We double checked the menu. It doesn't list the contents of meals & her order is not called pepper steak. Sis never would've ordered it if she knew there were green bell peppers & onions or, she would have said, leave them off or, put them on the side 4some1 else 2njoy. Shame. Sis sent the meal back & was grateful she had an app she njoyed & others 2share food w/her. There's no free water so, bring ur own as their bottled H2O is $2.50 per bottle! Shame. They have a mystery drink, which is SWEEEET! Hubby diluted it 2perfection w/some H2O which he carried in. We bring H2O everywhere we go. Good habit 2have. Bill time: 2bills arrive on 1receipt. Say what now? Server says "they are separate but equal". Again, say what now? After a bit of...we get 2separate (but not so equal), bills. Sis sees a problem but the server fixed that. The wall board menu says sis' app is $9.99 (the reason she ordered it), but the bill says $12.99. Server says the prices went up a long time ago but, they didn't change the menu board. Say what now? Shame. I'm done.
The food was flavorful, fresh & hot. The waffles tasted like cake. If you come here please be patient, because the food is cooked to order. Me and my famiky truly enjoyed ourselves.
Just consumed the grilled shrimp with grilled snapper with grits, very delicious and the cashier was very courteous. I sat outside she brought my food to me which I didn’t expect. Would definitely be back and certainly recommend. ????????
Good location, nice staff and the food looked and smell great. After a few bites I was so disappointed in the flavorless lemon pepper wings. I also had yams that tasted straight out of a can, the bread and mac was just not tasty. The only thing I highly enjoyed was the dirty lemonade drink. Honestly We Shuckin or World Famous food is quite similar but taste way better.
All I can say is HITTIN wings was Hittin Alfredo was hittin i had the chicken Alfredo with shrimp . Very nice portions money worth . I smashed out and still had some left . Thanks for the good food
Each item had a unique flair to it. I think this place has my new favorite lemon pepper wings! The sides were all great and I don't think there was a single complaint from any of the 10+ people we ate with. Try the lobster bites!
I tried to fry turkey wings. I did enjoy to turkey wings I find it to be more than enough for one person. the vegetable rice and the green it was more Salty then I like . but the Flavor was on point. I finished up my meal with a red velvet cake becuase my mom use to bake cakes I found the cake to be a little dry but I enjoyed the flavor of it.
The prices on the menu aren’t the real prices. They charged us 40$ more then it we could’ve been charged. They also could not provide an itemized bill. And had a security guard watching us while we ate and had to ask permission to be able to leave the section we were eating. Food was good but extremely over priced. Overall, I do NOT recommend.
