I used to love this Place. But today I had the worst experience ever. The so called Manager is so rude, scream through the speaker , when I call him out , he didn't apologized he raised his voice even more. So left the drive trough and went inside to ask for the Manager so i can complaint and confront this person but , one girl says that he is the manager , and didn't come out to speak to me. Worse place ever,.
I ordered a combo and it was like if I wanted pink lemonade they have strawberry then give me a sprite they only have sierra mist then finally Pepsi was agreed upon. Then no mild sauce only hot. Just have to do better
Mexican pizza tasted like roaches, it made me nauseous, I threw it away. I believe it was a storage issue re the roach taste and smell. Horrible experience.

This location is a Taco Bell/KFC all in one. You can order from both menus. Tacos are always fresh and delicious. Staff is friendly. I've been eating at this location for 21 years. It's my closest neighborhood Taco Bell/KFC. ? ? Currently, the only concern that I can share is that they are not consistently wearing masks and gloves for customer and staff safety. Most of the staff are wearing the masks around or under their chins with their mouths and noses completely exposed and uncovered with no gloves and some staff are not wearing masks or gloves at all including the cook, the person preparing the food and the manager etc... Honestly, this keeps me from eating there some days. I actually drive by and look to see if the person serving and working the window is wearing a mask and gloves. It's rare but sometimes you get lucky at least with the person working the window. Otherwise, this location has been newly remodeled within the past couple years so has really nice, modern updated Decor and a fresh environment. Food is usually pretty good...
Horrible service, people are rude they most really hate their job! I really hope someone sees this and does something about they way they work here. Costumer service sucks, got my order wrong (which is okay people make mistakes) but had a really bad attitude about it and said I never ordered what I really wanted.
We had to sit in the drive thru for over 10 minutes before ordering and another 10 minutes after ordering, with no napkins in the bag and watered down drinks.
IF LAZY WAS A RESTAURANT THIS WOULD BE THE POSTER STORE!!! Get to the drive thru HARD AND SOFT TACOS ONLY. Again why are you open!!!! Rude employees asked why…we are not making anything else. Sad!!
The Food was absolutely aweful the rice in my quesorito was so hard I chipped my tooth and had to go to dentist. This place needs to be shut down immediately. Staff is not friendly at all. Very slow and innefficient.
I went to the drivethru ordered a veggie load fries burrito they gave me it with beef after I repeatedly said veggie. ?
