Phone goes straight to voicemail and they do not call you back. Someone hacked my account and used it at this subway. I've contacted this location, and corporate multiple times with no response.

I found a new location! Happy customer! My order was made exactly how I requested. I picked it up with no issues. The female employee who made my order was extremely nice and kind!

Sunday night, May 29th after a long day of driving, my associates and I decided to pull into Subway for a quick, to go meal.At 9:43, store closes at 10, we went walking up to the store front, along with 1 other customer who was not in our party of 3, and as we walked the associate walked quickly to the door and locked it! He then hid in the back but left the open sign on and all the lights.I have been a consumer of Subway for many years and can honestly say I've never experienced this type of behavior. I'm sure the owner of this store is paying this employee an hourly wage to work until close. This owner most definitely lost money within this 17 minute window yet this employee I'm positive was paid. Customer Service is rated a ZERO!

Subs were very good, the staff was very pleasant. The only issue was the menu on the wall reflected a lower price than the checkoutprice at the computer terminal were you pay by credit card or cash. SO CHECK YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE, IT COULD PAYOFF.

Very bad experience ever with Subway as I am a Subway customer for the last 17 years. I wish I can date 0 stars. The tuna was barely in the sandwich it was full of lettuce and tomato. Any even describe the rudeness of the manager or owner whoever he is. Ladies working there kind enough to communicate but his presence was uncomfortable even for them.

Paper on door states they close at 10 today. Doors locked. When I tried asking about the time they closed they motioned at me that they close at 8. It's still only 7:45 and they wouldn't let me in nor open the door to talk to me. So rude and disrespectful.11/14/21

My credit card was charged for a purchase I never made by this store. I live in GA and someone at this location charged used my credit card stored in my subway account to pay for food. I tried contacting them online but it wouldn't go through because the listed store number they have online doesnt work.

Good quality of subs, very clean store. Friendly staff. The only issue was that I’ve ordered 2 Italian footlong and 1 meatball footlong and they’ve gave me all Italians. I only noticed it when I got home and opened it.Tried to call them but no one is answering the phone...Maybe the will get it right next time.

Best customer service in Miramar!

Cool Subway. Friendly staff. Their lettuce was looking suspicious but everything else was good so far.Price is always great
