This may very well be the worst Starbucks in the area.A customer cannot rely on the store being open. A few days ago, I entered, sat down to drink my coffee( as I swatted flies from my head) and within a minute of sitting down was told " Sorry we are closing the store". Seriously? And, when you sold me the coffee 50 seconds earlier, you didn't think to tell me " Before you spend your money , we are closing"?I was told " You are free to sit outside". Great I was " free to sit outside" without a ladies room, in the rain.I don’t get it; there are times they store is full of nothing but staff members not on shift- yet when it comes to reporting for their shift they don’t? So, they only hang out there, but don’t work?There are flies in the store; there have been for weeks. Food is stocked on a shelf outside the bathrooms. Allow me to repeat that: in this store which is infested with flies, they KEEP THE FOOD OUTSIDE THE BATHROOM.If it is possible to be a worse experience I am confident these people will achieve it.Go to another store. Even Greg's store on 184th and Pines with the pothead brigade is better than this store.
Sometimes drinks are good but usually don’t have flavor. My coffee taste like water that I just spent $8 on. No bueno
I live at Miami lakes, where there are about 4 Starbucks. Yet I still drive 20 min to get to this one because the Barista Jeremiah makes the BEST brown sugar shaken espresso I’ve ever had in my life. It’s perfect!!! The rest of the staff is super nice as well so this Starbucks is always an enjoyable experience
I LOVE this particular Starbucks. I pass about 4 or 5 other locations before I get to this one on the way to take my daughter to school and I always wait to order at THIS location. The staff is ALWAYS super friendly and my order is ALWAYS done right!!! Keep up the good work guys!!!!!
I am a big fan of Starbuck but the service in this one was terrible. I could see the kids talking while the lid of my frappe was opened and they had no masks. The actual taste of the frappe was terrible. They need a manager there to actually keep things on check. The peices here are high so they should be up to part.
Half the time I come here at 6am nobody is here. They are supposed to open at 5 am. The only explanation I get from people that work here is that their morning crew is just late. But it is a chronic problem.

Friendly people super busy location. Long wait times but pretty decent service. Management is sitting in lobby eating anytime I visit. The guy should get up and help the poor kids! They seem helpless…

I paid for a tall Frappuccino and got my Frappuccino in a smaller cup than usual and still paid the same amount. It seems as though they were running low on supplies tonight.
