This is my review of the Smoothie Express location in Miramar. This location replaced the Pure H Juice Bar. I’ve only ever ordered through Uber Eats, but this was my first time physically going to the location and ordering.Pros: The smoothies and salads are really tasty! I can’t complain about this.It’s nice to have a healthy option in an area that doesn’t have many optionsFood was covered, along with fruits. Some places sadly don’t do this.Cons: The cashier seemed lifeless. She didn’t greet me, didn’t make eye contact, and just seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I understand that customer service is a tough job and I want to give her grace on this one. She probably needs a pep talk and some further coaching to encourage good customer service.There were flies around the food station.No ambience whatsoever. The last juice bar had inspirational quotes and music playing. This place didn’t have either.The pricing - $18 for a smoothie and salad in East Miramar?!Last, the place didn’t smell like a health food spot. I left there smelling like fried fish after waiting for my food and smoothie.Overall, I probably won’t be back.
the shrimp Panini was amazing. the service was a little slow, however the young lady was very friendly and accommodating. I will go back again !!
Food is good I absolutely love there food. But the employees move SOOOOO slow. Wait time is minimum 30 mins. Something needs to be changed about this. I understand food is made to order but it’s ridiculous. This is coming from someone who also owns a restaurant and knows how things can get.
