This is one of the three times that I have had a bad experience. I ordered a chicken panini which says it comes with avocado. When I said, be sure to put the avocado on it, I realized later that I had been charged an extra $3.50 for what should have been part of the price. Then it took almost 30 minutes to get a panini made. They had 4 people preparing the food but 2 were children. Probably about 12 years old. This is the 2nd time I have gone in there to find children playing and preparing food in the kitchen. Do you have a supervisor? I had also ordered a smoothie, but I asked for my money back because they said they "didn't see the smoothie on my receipt ". Please hire adults and speed up your service. I want to continue to support black business.ThanksJoyce
I paid everything was going fine until they realized they had no protein. I brushed it off because I understand it happens..13mins had gone by and I get told that I have to pay an additional 3.70 for my wrap. So..I’m paying about 13 dollars for a wrap that’s ridiculous! That’s equivalent to a double steak bowl at Chipotle, that’s a combo meal and more at Chick-fil-A, better off going next door to Publix and getting a Pub-Sub for a fraction of the price.
I use to love this place and kept trying their food after new management took over. Honestly food is Okay but pricey. Smoothies are tasty. However, all Depends whose cooking the food- can taste good or might tase bad. The one thing never seem to fail on - is timing your order- even if it says ready, its never on time ( Even when ordered an hour ahead of time). Definitely needs much improvement on their customer service and delivery time. Since under new management the level of the service has gone down. Will have to find a new place to order from.

I love the energy here.. I told Leo I'm new and he looked out and showed me so much love.. Leo also made some really good suggestions since this is my very 1st visit.. and since I'm fasting they had the perfect smoothie for me.. I walked into a whole blessing.. plus the food is amazing.. I'll definitely be back❤
I ordered a chicken salad which is something I always order especially the Floridian chicken salad hence the picture no chicken not only that the quality of the salad was poor it seems like those leaves were set out all night I honestly am disappointed not only because I've been a regular for almost 5 years before they even changed their name so I'm not sure if it's the employees or management but this is the second time I've received my order like this if the item is not available why not call or cancel the order I'm a highly disappointed and honestly I feel as if I need to take my business elsewhere
I’ve been coming here for about a year, amazing food and service every time! The Royalty Mason Seafood Melt is my go to and tastes incredible every time I order it! The other paninis are great as well and the smoothies are to die for! My favorites are Mangonana, Pineapple Punch and Very Berry! Highly recommended, I can’t wait until they open more locations!
I was happy to have visited this lovely establishment that provides healthy smoothie and nutritious food. The owner is very pleasant and inviting. I would most definitely recommend this spot especially if your in need of a meal prep.

I’ve been here twice and I loved everything about this place. From the customer service, to the ambiance, to the food! The shrimp panini and Hawaii Five O smoothie have a special place on my heart !! The wait can get a little long so if you’re really hungry it could get frustrating but your food is always fresh so it’s worth it for me.
