Great staff Anthony was a great employee and was very helpful during my visit, i had a great time the food was amazing and restaurant was clean with a wonderful atmosphere and environment. Will be frequenting
Great pizza by the slice. Toppings come out unattached. This beats Whole Foods pizza by far.
Julia that works at the front displays A+ customer service. She greets everyone with a smile and takes the extra step to make sure the customer is happy. Not everyone in the food business goes the extra mile to make someone feel better or provide high quality customer service. GIVE JULIA A RAISE!
Everytime I call this place I'm on hold for ever- n then when someone does start talking my order- they put me on hold at least 3-5 times. I always ask for the pizza to be well done- and it NEVER is- just like tonite. It is barely even cooked all the way. Last time EVER ordering from Primos- they just can't get it together. SO disappointing.
Honestly one of the worst experiences ever the waitress was amazing but I waited over an hour for my food and it was raw frozen calamari. Also made and order for shrimp scampi and didn’t ever wait to get it I got one beer and paid the waitress 10$ tip she was more than helpful they either need more people working or just shut the place down hopefully I don’t get sick from the raw and frozen food I was served
This food from here was HORRIBLE that we ate last night on 1/13/22!! My fiance ordered me the spaghetti with sauce..The NOODLES were hard the sauce was disgusting and not mixed well....and the people apparently poured half the bottle of olive oil on the noodles so I had a bowl of hard noodles, clumped sauce and faaar too much oil!!! The Caesar salad was good? My fiance's food he said was gross too he had the noodles with fish and he too hated it!!!?? The bag also was weak and spilling as soon as we got home it spilled food all over the table. There were obviously young and inexperienced workers last night they did not care to prepare our food with any dignity nor care, I'm so mad and want my money back tbqh....but forl now this review will do, we WILL never spend our money there again ? y'all seriously need to do be training your workers better these particular cooks are not doing your business any benefit or favor, thumbs down??

This place was SO good. My family and i got stuffed shells, pizza, mozzarella sticks, side salad, and garlic rolls for $29!! The food was amazing and service was wonderful. We also got free mints! If you’re deciding about coming here, do it.
