As someone from Philly I was hoping for more, based on the reviews I read. I got the 8” steak and cheese only. Was disappointed in the amount of steak. It says 8oz on the 12”. Maybe that’s what I needed but still think there should be more on the 8oz.
Great sub good for high blood pressure patient because they don't use salt unless you tell them too.. the staff is very friendly

This has been one of my favorite places since it was Hungry Bear many years ago. Today I decided to use their online ordering system. I waited about 20 minutes and went to pick it up only for them to cancel the online order while I was standing there and tell me to get in line. The gentleman working was rude and obviously didn't have the best interest of the shop in mind. It could have been handled better especially if he is acting as the one in charge. Needless to say I did not get any food and the online system says I will get my refund in 2-3 days. Don't go here unless you know there won't be anyone in line. They can't handle a rush or busy times (at least not the one running the show this day). Subs are worth it if you can get them. Don't waste your time with online ordering either. They weren't answering the phone either. Just complaining that it was ringing.
Best subs on the planet!! Especially the sub call the steak bomb! Yes its literally an explosion for your taste bud!! I encourage all family and friends to go here
I made a doordash order of 3 subs, 3 orders of lemon pepper fries with extra lemon pepper on the fries and only 1 sub was correct when I got the orders ithet were cold and the fries was also cold and didn’t have the extra lemon pepper. I went to the establishment to let them no and I was disrespected by one of the cooks the tall black cook he was telling another customer if I didn’t like how the subs was made and complaining I need to go somewhere else and saying other comments. All I did was go to let them no the food wasn’t prepared properly and some things was left off and I’ve been coming to this subs shop for years and this the first time an order been not correct.
I have been coming for years… as in over 25 years. And almost nothing has changed. You haven’t had it until you have had the Chicken Teriyaki BOMB with provolone. Better grab a fork! And the boutique fountain sodas are the best in town.
Poor customer service,nasty soda machine that need cleaning and they also Dnt wear mask and talking over people food while preparing it…
