Ivan and his staff make a great pizza. This store is one of the cleanest I've seen, as well. Good stuff.Thanks Ivan!
Pizza was good temp, taste and within good time. 5/27/22 1 of the workers register not very friendly. No greet , was very short and more of her attention was on her cell phone , which I felt an employee should not be in use of cell phone while customers at store. She would put her cell down upon taking order, she was not customer friendly.
Today is May 6 Mother’s Day weekend my son wanted to order a medium chicken pizza with traditional sauce pizza was delivered with ranch instead I called the store to inform them that my kids do not eat the ranch spoke to Mariam who was very insensitive to what we want it she was very rude I had no care I explain to her that I was tired not feeling well and that I would just come and pick the pizza up drove all the way to the store in my pajamas only for eyes in the general manager that was even worse refuse to make the pizza for my kids the world has gotten so cold these days it makes me not even want to order or eat out anymore the way people deal with human beings they really don’t care how they treat the customers, I was very surprised and was never treated like this the pizza was left at the store and I still did not receive my refund nor the pizza I explain to Ivan that my son is just a kid he still did not care still did not want to remake the pizza after getting the pizza back I highly doubt that I will be ordering from this Papajohns ever again I hope that as a general manager and a manager that you feel good about how you treated me as a black woman and my kids. General managers and managers resolve problems to make sure people are treated right and with respect. They brag that they are the manger and then behave with disrespect.
I have to share a pleasant experience from this Papa John's location. I worked with the General Manager Ivan for a large order for a school. I called in advance to place the order for a Saturday. Ivan was very helpful and took the order from me himself to make sure the details were entered correctly. He reached out to me on that Saturday to let me know the order was processing and when it was ready. Since the school was close by, I picked up the order and pulled up to the front door. Ivan and his team were ready for me and loaded all of the pizzas in my trunk. Ivan and his team will do what they can to help their customers. Because of this positive experience, I will return to this location to order again. Thank you Ivan for the help!
Haven't had this brand pizza in quite some time. Ordered carry out; it was ready in time with no line and no waiting and the cashier was pleasant.
I never received a pizza like this from Papa Johns before. This is unacceptable.

Been coming to this papa Johns since they opened. Whenever I get a great pizza I make sure to tip the exact person who made my order. Today not so great so I didn’t tip the pizza maker but he did tell me something I found funny.With a straight face he told me that my pizza barely had cheese on it because the jalepeno juices moved the cheese… (I assume he’s the GM)Initially I thought he said the juices suck up the cheese but he corrected me and said it just moved the cheese …. Comedy!Anyways, this crew is great and usually, for the most part, almost always, more often than not serve great pizza.I’ll be back :)
Save your money and purchase a frozen pizza instead!The pizza was messy the was not cheese not melted throughly Never AGAIN!!
I called them to place a delivery order for pizza when an agent Taylor picked up the phone to get my order she asked me my address and I told her it was one 1970 Southwest 27th Court Miramar, el 33025 she then stated that it was not in the delivery área when papá johns is in Miramar parkway and I live in Miramar and always order from there. The agent at the beginning of the call never asked me for my phone number only my name. Asked to speak with a manager and I spoke with Isabel she verified my address and my addrrss os in tve service area and passed me again with Taylor who said again my address is not in the servicing area asked to speak to the manager a 2nd time and spoke with Isabel she checked again my address and if verifed to be serviced. I was transfrred back to Taylor who took my order finally which was a large half pepperoni and meatball and half Hawaii and the pull apart common in rolls. I expected better from papa johns and more capable employees. This is not the way the business runs.i need and request for management and team sups to Handel there employees cause that's how a business can fail.
