Love to close early to change shifts. I went at 3:10 and they are suppose to close at 4 to change shifts. Tired of McDonald's doing that. CHANGE HOURS.
Arrived at 10:55 on a Sunday morning for breakfast but when we got to the counter we were told breakfast is over only lunch (it was 11:01) which whatever just disappointing but what really turned me off was watching 2 employees argue with the customer in front of us about he couldn’t have his bogo sandwich because she rang it up wrong. Maybe if they hadn’t been arguing with him my family could have had breakfast… either way won’t be back
If I could give this place a zero star I could. From the manager yelling at employees, orders took over 20 minutes. Frustrated customers. And now they are laughing like customers are a joke. Worst McDonald’s ever!!!
Worst place I've ever been to.. i ordered large fries and i got half way French fries, i asked them to fill more but the manager refused, she said i have to pay more to fill my large fries
Line went fast BUT I asked for fresh chicken nuggets and they gave me stale nuggets and cold fries. Both have that bitter taste. You can tell they redipped the nuggets because they are super dark and hard. Gross. And they didn't fill up my drink all the way. Would have been fine if they gave me fresh food. STOP REDIPPING FOOD. It wasn't even busy. Please take time and make the food people ask for. Simple
Had me and a few other customer outside waiting for about 10mins. Then to send someone to say the inside is closed. The manager was of no help, from the looks of it. She didnt care about the situation. Never again will i come to this location. Terrible Customer Service.
They have and special on the sign went you older the said no that is not the price they want you to pay what they one bad service management doesn’t not know how to talk to customer
Went through the drive through and ordered two number ones. Asked for a large coke & coffee with the combos. Ordered an extra hash brown as well. When I got the food there was one hash brown, which was not even in its sleeve container. When I asked for the other two I was told I didn't order the combo number one's that the cashier only rang it up as individual items. That's their mistake not mine I asked for the hash browns they offered to give me one and pay for the other even though it was their fault & the one they did give me was just thrown in the bag. It's a decent location but this experience really made me disinterested in going to that location again. If someone say ill have a number what ever then they are asking for the combo not just a random item from the combo.
Ok where to start! This McDonald's has always been on the slow side / packed. Tonight u was in the drive thur line for 57 mins. I finally order and was able to pay, when out if no where. The 20 uber eats / door dash drivers that were waiting to get their orders started fighting with each other. They really should allow these drivers into the establishment. I have never seen some many people waiting outside for food. Back to the restaurant ?! Food was good it was on point and nothing missing. Staff is fun and respectful. But for whatever the reason they are slow here. I go out of my way to go to a slightly further away McDonald's, just because of timing. I rather spend the extra miles and gas then to sit in line wasting more gas at a closer spot! So in the end... if you go be prepared to wait inside or outside there is always a line. The timer system does not exist at this location! Hopefully this helps someone save some time!
Someone will not get there drink because the McDonald's worker did not check to if that drink goes with that order that just left
