Do Not Come To This, I pulled in they said they were temporarily closed.

This the only McDonald’s I’ve ever been to where you have to wait 5 min to order even once you get to the speaker. Who ever get the cash is always sitting in a chair no caring at all took 20 min just for a coffee

The food came out hot and quickly as ordered. Inside I used the kiosk to place my order. Thought that was a cool thing. It was easy to navigate. As I completed my order the receipt came out blank. I asked the clerk to print me a receipt. She said I can't so that. So I said well ask the manager. The manager said they cannot. I was shocked because not giving a receipt can be a problem if your shopping for someone else. So don't use the kiosk if you need a receipt. Pay attention to the order number that is giving at the end of your order if you do use the kiosk.

Completely un- "by the book" establishment. Closes the inside early, as well as one lane. Makes people sit and wait 20min just to pick up an online order. Plus EXTREMELY UNSAFE for those picking up online orders by running in between cars at the drive thru window.... IN PERSON!!!

6/15/22 around 11am I ordered 3 McGriddle with bacon on each sandwich and was charges for it but didn’t receive any bacon on neither sandwich. I was too far gone to just turn around so I called to see If I can come back later and was told “No they will not be serving BREAKFAST anymore at that time“ I ask her don’t McDonald serve breakfast 24/7. she told me they’ll only be serving the biscuit sandwich. So I’m not able to get a refund and not able to substitute it.Bad customer service!

Why have two lanes if your focusing on only 1?The fact that the guy at the window handed me my changed back in bills balled up, only for it to be short $10.Having to be asked to wait in the front of the restaurant in the wait lames to be forgotten and then 20 minutes after waiting the order is completely wrong.

It's OK sometimes just don't like how aome of the managers have those nasty attitudes, they need to learn how to talk calmly and more professional to the customers.

This McDonald's must be one of the slowest I've ever been to I don't think the gentleman who designed McDonald's intended on their customers waiting more than 10 minutes to receive their food I'm not quite sure why this always happens but I live nearby and this is a easier McDonald's for my family to commute to and for some reason it always takes forever I think they may need a survey team or some type of professional manager to actually correct all of the actions that's not helping them push their line through.

One of the better McDonald's that I visit. Food is fresh and lines in drive thru not long.
