This place names the best pizza. They always seem to have the correct ratio. Its 20 min from me and I take the trip even though there are 2 closer.
Usually orders are 50/50 ready when the app and you get an email letting you know it's ready. Showing up and they tell you oh don't pay attention to that. It will be another 10 min. So we got used to just showing up about 20 min after we get the notification it's ready. This location has the best cheesy sticks hands down.
Every time you come to this location they always tell you even if you order over the phone that they only take exact change or a credit card that doesn’t make sense. That every time you come to this location that the machine is down and you need exact change our credit card. Same one need to check this location out
Cheap = low quality food. It's a cheap place to get pizza but often the quality is below average, most of the time some parts of the dough are still mushy and raw.
My family always order from this location and never had an issue but today,,,, We are so disappointed of our order today! The minute we made it home and open the box we knew just by looking at the pizza, they gave us OLD pizza, the crust was soooooooooo HARD! it was COLD, they gave us pizza that was made wayyyy earlier in the day, because we order 2 of the same pizza but they gave us 2 pizza with 2 different crust. SMFH! Very BAD SERVICE!
I placed an order at 9am to be delivered by 9:45. The store closed at 10 with my delivery still with them. They don’t call and the DoorDash did not even notify me that two drivers had canceled the pick up. I called the store and all they tell me oh you place the order with DoorDash not us. When I when throwing little Caesar app to place my order not DoorDash. I called corporate to ask for my refund that I will get in 5 to 7 business day when they take your money in second. Never again ordering from any of the little Caesars locations
I placed an hour and waited an hour for my pizza only for them to tell me they can’t find and then got canceled. Not even offering to make my order at all.
Today I went to little Cesars after taking my children to the pool however I will never make it to this location the manager hardly speak English and was very rude, Horrible Customers service skills. I never ever want my children to experience what happened today.SMH first off I placed my order went to wait in the car I send my daughter 8yrs first to ask to use the restroom the manager unlocked the restroom door after she was through I sent my nephew management had the nerve to state to him ‘ he can not use the restroom.’ He came to the car so I went in the cashier tried to help with translation she was more scared if anything. I asked for the manager to open the restroom because I wanted to see why she told my nephew he could not use it. I was furious and hurt my nephew 12ys saying to me Auntie it’s ok. But you know what her behavior IS not ok. I don’t ever want my child yet alone my nephew to get this disgusting treatment from the rude manager. My history I am a former employee of little Cesars and it’s sad to whom they put to represent their franchise company. All this took between the hours 4-5 pm I requested the name to manager and she refused to come. I told them I will call corporate. It end with me leaving with my nephew went next door to the Francisca Charcoal restaurant and asked them if he could use their restroom they let him in. Shout out to waitress there at Francisca Charcoal for truly showing use customers service unlike the manager there at Little Caesar’s .
How its possible Wednesday night to place an online order i went to pick it up and wasnt ready 2 hrs later?? They told me to wait 30 min more…. I ordered pizzas for kids! Do you know how impatient kids get when they are hungry?????
It was terrible. They don’t cut pizza correctly and they take hours to make the pizza. The people working there are just having fun and on their phones. They give pizza to people who just order quickly and then people who have been waiting for hours have to wait more time. It is terrible. Don’t go there again.
