Amazing food and baking, haven’t been disappointed yet. Good spaghetti ? ???

Soooooo Good, I'm addicted to the coconut tablet. Nice staff, clean facility.

Been to a few Haitian restaurants and bakery. But hands down, this one here top them all. It's a small place, but the their bake goods are always fresh. From the pastry to the bread to their juice. It's always a thumbs up. They are a good representation for the Haitian Restaurant business. Keep up the great work

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this spot...They had me on my 1st visit & they took credit/ debit cards???( cause yall KNOW most Haitian bakeries DON'T)...All jokes aside, the patties are AMAZING, fresh, flavorful, always filled with plenty of meat, chicken, or fish..The service is ALWAYS welcoming& kind even when a little busy..I really appreciate that. I drive regularly from the north side to support this establishment more specifically because of their treatment of me!...Keep up the great service, may God bless and keep you...See you soon????

I went by this bakery to order a Haitian Cake that I needed for this weekend. The owner took my number down and informed me that he would call me by the end of the day with the price of the cake and the person who makes the cakes information. That was last week Friday and I’m still waiting for a call.I’m really upset about the way he conducted business because if he was not able to handed the order he should have just declined. This way I would have had enough time to search for another reliable Haitian Bakery. The fact that I was waiting for his call delayed me from buying my sister in law birthday cake. Thank god Publix knows how to make cakes. This bakery also sales dry cake slices, hard as a rock. I would not EVER recommend this bakery to anyone. One star is too much.Reply to owner response: If that was the case that your bakery does not make cakes the person at the register should have not taking my number and called a person on the phone asking them if they can make a cake by Friday? The person on the line asked the cashier ( a male ) ask me to write my name and number on a yellow post note. And yes, it was your bakery I did not get your bakery confused. also on the counter there's a cake tray that your bakery sale cake slices for $ 3.00. So , do I still have the wrong bakery? The point is why ask for your name and phone number for a follow up with price of the Haitian Cake when you have no intent on calling back? Instead of being upset with the review talk to your staff about giving wrong information, that's the right thing to do. I'm the one that was told that your bakery can fulfill my request by your employee and have the right to be upset.

The lady behind the counter was not only mute but also rude. She has no customer service. Many times the workers are the ones that kill a business. We were heading to Davenport and my mom wanted to stop by to get bread for her niece in Haines City and I am so sorry and regretful I took my mom to this horrible establishment. Their bread is ok, Ak100 mediocre, patty bready, and customer service very disappointing. Their spaghetti is tasteless and dry. The man is the only one with customer service. Regretfully, embarrassed I will not be giving them my money.

Long wait was expected on New Years. Bread was still soft 2 hours later.

Great customer service. Went on the 31st cremas was a hot at work. My Haitian coworker said, “ you always know where to get good Haitian stuff “ when she stayed it.Owner is always professional and pleasant. I don’t how how anyone could give this place a bad customer service review. They are small and have a large fan base. There is a line both inside and outside every time I have gone there. Parking lot is to small for the amount of traffic they generate.Only thing I know is that Haitian customers have no patience for waiting on line, especially the men. One came from behind me, stood next to me then jumped in front of me. Couldn’t help but think, “poor bloke must be starving since he couldn’t wait for one person ahead of him”. That’s how good their bread is?

Good Haitian bread(bagai)and coffee

It's a little small but they had so many options. The guy who serviced me was really nice and super fast.
