Their subs are phenomenal I forgot how good a sub is since I have gone to wawa after they went corporate and downhill. Love the food and the prices were decent.Keep in mind! Order in store compared to online. Online prices were like $6 more (not sure why).
I came into the west pines location #13163 during lunch rush hour. I was instantly greeted upon arrival. The facility was clean, and everyone was attentive and seemed happy to work there. I had a big order so I kindly asked the front cashier to take my list, and the team went right to work. The whole process took 20 minutes. The team made sure my order was accurate. The manager also offered is business card and I will consider catering for the offices. I thought the team did a fabulous job! My staff and I were pleased with the subs. They were fresh and tasty. Thank you west pines team. I will be returning, and will absolutely recommend Jersey Mike's!
Placed an order online. Waited 2+ hours….Sub never arrived (Doordash). Called the store & spoke with Pete whom I believe is the Mgr. I explained to him what happened. He offered to remake my sub because he wasn’t going to loose a customer due to the negligence of a 3rd party delivery service. Pete is the real MVP! Top notch Customer service! A true asset to Jersey Mike’s! Thanks again Pete, you will see me again!!
They serve large dishes and for fair prices. welcoming staff. Keep it up.
Listen to CH & Sonia review. You might get lucky. Every place has been hit but common sense and sanitation in a restaurant shouldn't. Same girl same issue. I come in for a Italian, asks me what I want in lackadaisical demeanor. No mask while other employees wear one some do some don’t. Grabs gloves But she refuses to wash hands before grabbing gloves. Writes my order, wipes table down then cuts meat… even goes further to start touching hands with other employees while working my sandwich and handles cash with the same gloves on…. Still paid but I threw the sandwich away. Places like those you can talk to a manager but won’t do much besides have employees hate you. Do better
Convenient location, I have both dined and in order through the app. Great subs, meats are sliced in front of you, good fixings. The Shore points add up and you get free subs after you spend $50 bucks. I placed my order for pick up and is typically ready by time I get there.
It was awesome, how nice to see your sandwich being made right in front of you, my very first time eating there, I left as a very happy customer, the staff was super nice.
This is the third time we’ve ordered from this jersey mikes and it will be the last. The first two times they forgot our chips and got one of the sandwiches wrong, making it inedible by the person who wanted it. This time my veggie was completely veggie-less? Like how. Come on. We’ve tried to call and receive no answer, no voicemail. Completely unprofessional and terrible customer service.
Earlier today, I walked in and was being helped by young lady behind the counter. She placed new gloves on as she had just come from the back, she took my order and then proceeded to wipe down the counter where bread is cut then wiped down the deli meat cutter, put the white towel rag away onto a counter behind her didn’t change gloves instead proceeded to get bread to start sandwich. Just unsanitary handling of food. I will not be eating here again.
The guys working here are ALWAYS fast, polite, and accurate. Love that they were one of the first places to remove the mask requirement. It’s really nice going in to get a sub here and the food is fresh and delicious.
