If I could give you negative 100 I would. You people tried to kill me I said no meat in my legumes and you basically did what you wanted to do. Just like another reviewer said the plantains were old .This Mac and cheese the only thing I can eat is nothing but baked noodles with cheese on the top. I can't believe what you serve passes for food. I will never order from here again?

Ordered the three plates of oxtails for me and my family and the ox tails were hard and tough!! I never had to fight for my food in my life! No fall off the bone or anything! I made a complaint to the manager and she told me to bring my food back since I was requesting a refund. I got a call back saying that I was only going to get 50% of the order because We ate the plantains and rice! Are you serious??? that’s all me and my family had to eat that night everything else was closed and that was our last resort. Please do not spend your money here never in my life have I had oxtails that were so bad!!! Chewy and disgusting if I can give you zero stars I would!!!

The food was HORRIBLE! I wish I could give them ZERO stars. I paid 32.00 for rice that was scraped from the bottom of the pot, old plantains, and fried flour with slithers of what looked like salt fish, disguised as " CONCH". THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO CONCH IN THAT FLOUR CONCOCTION!I called and made a formal complaint to Charmaine who identified herself as the "manager". She asked me to bring the food back..What? I live about 45 minutes away. Who did she think she was t in and talking to a 10 year old. I have been vomiting for at least 15 minutes. The Mac and Cheese was sour...They need to close their doors...FOR GOOD!

Ordered some food today and the food was bad. The fried plantains were old, like maybe fried the day before. The rest of the order was not good so I threw. In garbage. Never again. Waste of money and time.
Service and food was horrible! I ordered marinade, acra and djon djon and it sucked. The marinade was so thick and oily with NO flavor, acra had herring in it which didn’t taste good at all and the djon djon was so BLAND, like there was no flavor at all. The Haitian community have to do better in the restaurants.
The food is authentic. The lady who attended me made a great effort to deliver the best service she could on a day with staff shortage. If you can lower your expectations when it comes to details and focus on the food as an exotic experience like Anthony Bourdain, you should visit this place.
