This location is absolutely terrible. I went in for the minion menu a few weeks ago and they had nothing available. The server there was really not accommodating. I had 2 kids with me and she left us with drinks and without straws for 15 minutes. Then they brought out the adult meals before the kids. When I tried to tell the server who brought the meal that this wasn't right she went and started arguing with me and said well we ran out we don't have that. I asked her well what are you bringing my niece because her meal is still supposed to be coming if you ran out. Then I tried to explain and suggest an alternative instead but she cut me off and left. My niece and nephew are 9 and they wanted to know why they were being so rude. I can get past a waiter being rude but to bring out kids drinks without straws and kids meals last is ridiculous. Get better waiters or close. If you have a family don't dine in here.
This is a nice and cozy IHOP, if you just want to get some work done or even have a nice quit lunch. Well this IHOP is the place to go. Good customer service from the staff to manager. Food is hot when you get it and very tasty. Clean the wait time is zero nice waiting area if you do have too wait. Sorry i will have to upload a picture next time i go back. In the mean time go check it out for yourselves delicious food lots to choose from their menu. ;-)
We travel a lot around Florida and use IHOP for most our breakfasts , food and service is pretty good, Today it was excellent and we had the best service by far from Greg he definitely went far and beyond to keep all his customers well attended. Definitely recommended.
IHOP was awful, service and food were horrible. Only 3 couples seated, took 30 minutes for order to come out. The cook came out the back and took drink order. I said let me have an O. J. and a glass of water. The cook said what is O. J. I knew it was bad.
Came to this location it’s nice and clean and the workers were nice.
Good Burgers and had the Chicken and Waffles. Good portion size. Have not tried their breakfast yet. Maybe next time ?
The place looks nice but the customer service is bad. Dirty chairs that we had to clean ourselves, we left after 30 min of waiting and no one came and the place was not even busy.
Asia served me on my take out order and she was on it! She took my order quickly and efficiently no note pad, just memory and was a real patient sweetheart. Tanisha, I hope I'm spelling these names right, was also really helpful and polite. I had an issue with my card and Tanisha saw me waiting to try the transaction again but she was not about to let me wait too long cuz she took over for Asia who was running food. My card worked and I got my food with no errors. These ladies are hustlers and I like to see that. They were also sweet and polite, made me wanna sit and eat in instead just to talk to them a little more. There was another light skin waitress there, short, maybe Spanish, she was killing it too, in more ways than one. Bad bad, all in good ways. I highly recommend this spot in the morning. There was also a tall slim female employee there who also came by to check on me, but I let her know I was well taken care of, I'm sure she would have been the same professional as the other ladies. This IHOP is blessed to have them all.
If I could give this establishment a zero rating, I would. I walked into the restaurant to put my name on the waiting list. Mary (as one of the workers called her)(I think she is a manager). Looked at me, opened the register, and walked away. She didn’t acknowledge me at all. She could’ve had the courtesy and decency to say….one moment please , I’ll be with you shortly. One customer sitting on the bench waiting for her name to be called for a table said….. She was rude when they walked in. I know it’s hard to find good help these days, but I refuse to go into a restaurant and PAY for BAD customer service. It may not make a difference based on all the bad reviews this location has but I will be contacting corporate.
We were seated quickly, our server was friendly and our food came out good and fast!
